Update: Got food poisoning from this, upset stomach and diarrhea the next day. Doordashed tonight. My onion rings had no onion... in them and crumbled all over me. I was fine with that, but my chicken bacon ranch sandwich started tasting so bad and sour. Also had no bacon on it. I checked mine and my wife?s.. look at that clearly bad lettuce. And it had no dressing on it.. supergross. Read more

People seem to have a love/hate relationship with Carl's Jr. Usually has to do more with the food than the employees.... Personally, I have found the employees to be incredibly upbeat, friendly, and helpful. It reminds me of 1980s sit-downrestaurant service w/ perhaps, Spongebob (not Squidward) cheerfulness. So either they put on a good show or they actually enjoyworking there and being of service. That said, the usual issue I find with them is that their fries are either soggy orlukewarm to cold. At the same time, we've only had hot, crispy fries twice which means, their food isn't consistent. At leasttheir fries aren't. I've enjoyed their burgers (but read some articles that the burgers aren't really flame broiled orwhatever). I don't know if I'll go as far as recommend Carls Jr over Zips (and their often 8-car weight) or the mighty M (youalways know what you'll get there). I won't bring in Lennys cuz they are their own entity. At this particular Carl's Jr, you canusually get positive service which can be a reason to come back (provided they got the order right and the food is agreeable). Read more

We was 4 people and I bought 4 combos 2 with medium size and 2 with large size, what I don't understand is why the medium fries... come with more fries than the large. If is any next time that I doubt I will ask for mediums fries they're cheaper and have morethan the large ones. Read more

I'm pretty sure the employees are in back getting high because that's the only thing that can explain how the wait times are so... long and getting what you ordered is based on luck. Ask for your receipt and check your food before you even pull away. It'sworth the money to go to Airway Heights for Wendy's. Read more

Update: Service has gotten much faster, One of my burgers was cold, but the rest of the meal was great, and fast, friendly... service too.. Old review 5 months previous: I know its hard to find good people that want to work these days.. my fast foodexperience took 35 min. The front counter girl didn't know how to use the register.. or the menu. She kept her back to thecounter, so anyone that stepped up to the counter had to wait.. then she acted surprised to see a new customer.. I watched thishappen 5 times while I waited for my order. Every employee kept looking for things like they all were new.. Maybe Carl's Jr.should have a training program. If your in a hurry try taco bell.. 3 min wait there.. Read more

I thought it would be nice to stop in for a burger which I don't do very often. I ordered one that I saw advertised on... television this week. It was a double charbroiled Burger I believe. I asked also for a large Sprite, they had no cups ofavailable except small ones so I passed. With a side of fries the order cost me over $6 and I wasted all my money for that. WhenI got home and opened up the bag I couldn't believe that the double patties were nearly burnt they were so well done and theycouldn't have been a whole lot bigger than 3 in in diameter. The bun smothered the meat. I took a couple bites out of the centerof the sandwich after cutting it in half didn't like the taste through the whole thing in the garbage. I won't be back.... I'mnot interested in a refund I'm just disappointed all the way around.. Read more

Friday night. Decided to stop at Carl Jr's in Cheney. Pulled up and ordered. The person taking our order was very polite and... professional. Finished placing the order and pulled up to the window. Again all employees were very professional. Food was madeand to the window in a very timely manner. What caught my attention and prompted only 3 stars was, when I witnessed one of thefront counter / drive through window employees turning around to hop up, sit on the front counter where food is regularly placedfor customers to grab. I've worked in the restaurant industry. Have things changed that much that this is now allowed? Probablywon't be going back anytime soon unfortunately ????. Should probably be a 1 star rating actually... just sad ????. Read more
