Yesterday my neighbor went to get me a butterburger. I noticed the gluten free bun and asked for that. Got a very ugly looking... piece of meat in a box with no toppings. Terrible bun. The burger looked like they picked it up off the floor. A few weeksago, my friend ordered a meal and fries. When she got back here and opened the bag, there was ONE FRENCH FRY in the bag. Funnyjoke? Me and my family came in to grab some dinner and we were greeted by Tyler. He was very patient with us and very knowledgeable of... everything and got our food to us super fast and everything was correct. We went to Culver's to get our fish sandwiches, as usual they were very good. However the people in the next roll over or eating... Sundays in an open sugar cone with lots of gooey stuff on it. I felt very deprived and they said it was wonderful. I thought Ishould have ordered dessert first. Read more
I like the food, the service does need a little work though. Often they forget small parts of the order but asking for it after... is no problem. It's fast food so of course it's greasy. I like the ice cream as well. Keep up the great work. Read more
For the second time this month, we have had to wait and wait and wait for our drive-thru order; while other people behind us get... their orders. I understand how orders work, however, when everyone has left and we are still parked and waiting, that seems off.My husband waited over 40 minutes one evening. He went inside to see what was going on and they had ?lost? his order. It was ahuge order too. Then today, I merely ordered 2 concrete mixers and waited over 20 minutes. Finally, I went inside and guesswhat? No order! Mine had been given out to someone else, twice! I received a snarky apology and got to listen to the person whowas making my order, again, complain about it to someone else. Real classy! Read more
Not as good as the Culver's on Jackson Road...that being said this new location is working out the kinks in the out of the... system. Not sure what besides salt is put on the hamburger patties, but it was salty. Fries and onion rings were warm, not hotand condiments were limited. Read more
The food was REALLY GOOD but they messed up my order twice. This was very surprising to me because the Ann Arbor Culver's has... never messed up a single order in the 25+ times I've been there. Hopefully this is because it's only been open for a week andthey're still training employees. I was also kind of disappointed that none of the 10+ workers were wearing masks and that ittook so long to get my food. Hopefully the employees will gain the experience they need to correctly prepare orders becausethat food was amazing! Read more
Always the freshest fast food available in our area. Onion rings and fries very good. Cod and basic butter burgers are the... favorites for us. Shrimp is fresh but the crust is too crunchy for me. If it was tempura or beer batter it would be great. Read more
