I can't eat foods at this place due to having too many allergies but I think they have the best coffee in town.
Every Mc.donalds is the same. Warming fiid that has been under a warming light or in a warming drawer fir hours. Our chicken... nuggets we so rubbery you could bend them in half without them breaking open and both the fries and the buggers were barely evenwarm. Very disappointing to us especially because we kuve about 5 hours from the vlosest Mc.Donalfs so when we finally are outof town and my daughter really wants Mc.Donald's, it is quite disappointing that in order ti allow her ti have Mc Donald's weall have to eat barely warm rubbery food that an animal shouldn't eat sometimes. When it is all fresh it is very good though. Ihave ofte. Wondered if you can ask them to make you fresh fries and nuggets and burgers etc instead of having to take the onesin the warming drawers that jave been there for hours. It would be a longer wait but we'll worth it for all fresh hot food. Read more
There was an issue in the woman's washroom. Water was leaking from the light fixture. When I advised the staff they said they... knew about it, the ceiling had fallen the day before because of water. When I asked for the manager the go manager came outbecause he said the manager was in a meeting. Rheaune does not like to come to the front so she send the go manager. Anyways Icalled Sudbury health department and advised them of the situation. And my order was wrong. Read more
The manager was bossy and grumpy and had no interest in doing her job in a professional manner. She made me wait for 30 minutes... and shouted at me in front of staff and customers. I left the restaurant without the order. Humiliated, insulted, out the cash, degraded, I told her she lost our business and left. I hope someone tunes her in. I feel for the staff that have to work insuch an environment. Read more
Apparently when ask for a mcdouble dressed like a big mac they dont like it, who likes to eat a burger filled with mac sauce... that makes your buns soggy by the time you get home to eat it. Gross 3 burgers wasted. Read more
Staff is always very pleasant - especially the morning ladies. The food is usually fine. Today, however, I received two BLT... bagels that were absolutely drenched in oil. I mean SOAKED. The bag, the wrappers, the napkins were all saturated in this slimyoil/melted butter. It was repulsive. The smell itself made me want to throw up. There was so much I couldn't even blot any of itoff. I'm extremely disappointed. Fast food isn't particularly cheap anymore and I'm not sure who thought this was remotelyacceptable to serve to somebody? Incredibly disgusting. Read more
