People working here are slow and unpleasant. Two girls were distributing a birthday cake. I mean I can understand you want to... celebrate birthday but please don?t let your customer wait for 10 min for order taking and making cold eye constants with nowords. The drive-thru had about 20 cars in it. So I went inside to get my food. They cleared the entire drive-thru before my order came... out, 17 minutes I waited.. food was good service sucked!!!!! Read more
I went to the location and had a code to redeem for a free whopper and the lady at the counter said ?no english? and said ?don?t... know computer? I understand people doesn?t understand english and technology but at the same time at least have someone who doesunderstand them as a supervisor no one in the store was able to help and I ended up using paying for something that was supposeto be free I don?t understand why I would I have to pay for something free. This Is the slowest of all Burger Kings. Particularly in the drive through. So many times we just sit .. just from the order... kiosk to the pick up window is 15 to 45 mins! Right now almost 20 mins and no one has taken the order of the person ahead ofme. Read more
You have a single guy running the entire restaurant during breakfast. Are you kidding me!!! This gentleman deserves to be... treated better, and deserves a raise. When I say raise I mean a 5 dollar an hour or more raise too. You need to make this manStore Manager, and get him some employees to manage. My breakfast might have taken awhile because he had to prep the entirestore by himself with no help before making something, but it was made well, and tasted good. This gentleman has every right tobe upset, but still had a good attitude for the situation he was in, and still delivered a good breakfast. If they don't starttreating you better let me know bro!! This is absolutely the worst Burger King I have ever been to in my life. The service in the drive through is so slow people... repeatedly leave the line. I left today after waiting behind one car for 18 minutes! I only have so much time for lunch and Ihad to spend it waiting for my order to even be taken. I think they need to take some time and provide some serious customerservice training. Something is broken there. I wouldn't waste my time there again. I drove over to Panera Bread and ordered mylunch and was out of there with my food in less than three minutes. Service people! learn what it means! Went into the drive thru line on 7/10/22 at 10:30pm and left at 11:20pm. I think it?s ridiculous that I waited that long for a 5... min burg, fries, nuggets and drink. This is the second time. I understand if you are short handed but communicate that or atleast apologize for the long wait. Took 30mins to get to the speaker to order the food and 20 mins to pay for the food and waitfor them to bag it up. Nuggets were soggy with oil, fries were cold and hard, buns were hard on my burger and barely anycondiments on the burgs. Drink was flat. Ridiculous! Read more
Just incredibly slow, the servers are usually nice, but your trapped in the drive through lane with no way out, and if it takes... 30 minutes for the cars in front of you to get their food then your stuck for 30 minutes. Bad parking lot design, bad speed,food is mediocre like all fast food and the one thing about fast food that makes it worth it is convenience... But due to theparking lot design and slow speed this BK is far from convenient. Really just not worth ever going to this BK. Read more
