After we waited 15min I asked lady about our orders, took her 5min looked for our orders gave mine then gave people who came in... after us got theirs first before my husbands Mocha so I asked her again about my husbands Mocha again. Took 30min to get twodrinks. I understand they were busy but I wasn?t happy about people who came after got their drinks first. Read more

We ordered simple English tea. Nicki did other things in between filling our order. The other lady at the front Gabby was... wonderful. She had to ask what we ordered and find out what happened to our order. Then Nicki still took several minutes to justgive us a teabag in hot water ! Read more

The place is chill BUT when I was line, I always heard the same names over and over which it was getting annoying. The girl that... was working there (serving) she looked soo annoyed about it. I dont blame her. One last thing all the customers looked superbishie lol Read more

The drive thru is always the worst during the ?busy? season. I?ve been frequent in this area for the past 2 years and still... hasn?t gotten better. They started taking orders outside in the drive thru line and that still isn?t a solution to how slow ittakes. Whoever is in charge should really plan better especially on days when they know it?ll be busy. Read more

Got one of the details in my order wrong and the lady at the drive thru was coughing into her hand with no mask on, while... handing our drinks! I don't even feel comfortable even touching my drinks, absolutely disgusting!! Read more

I understand understaffing, but after working at a different Starbucks, I can tell you that a 5-7-person floor can manage a cafe... AND drive thru. Not sure if the staff isn?t properly trained or what, but The long wait is LITERALLY comical. Last time I went,there was one car ahead of me, and I still waited 15 minutes for them to get their things. I?ve been served faster at a busysit-down restaurant. Reevaluate your staff or put warning signs outside that the wait is ridiculous Read more

I live in this community and have frequented Starbucks often and at all times of the year. I have to say this is the slowest... Starbucks that I have ever visited. You can wait in the drive through and not move for 10 min. I have pulled out of line anddriven away numerous times. Today I waited in line and the drive-through didn't move for 10 minutes. I decided to go inside andfound out they were out of stock of what I was ordering. I asked to speak to the manager and shared with her that I was a localresident and I had concerns about their customer service. She indicated they were short staffed due to illness. I replied thatthe customer service is the same now as it was months ago. I believe in supporting our small businesses in town, but if Ididn't have a gift card to use up I would not be back. Read more
