Frosty was adequate. Service was so rushed in the drive thru wasn't allowed to complete order. Completed order at the window.... Employees apparently don't appreciate feedback of a constructive and positive nature. So after repeating my order twice at thewindow. Apparently the younger female employee who was in a hurry failed to enter it in the system. I received my Frosty and abag supposedly containing my fries and large onion and cheese chili. Well jokes on me after all that fries yes chili notincluded. Should have double check my order my bad. This store seems to have a swinging door for employees. Next time I will goto Centralia store on Harrison. Same owners no comparison better quality service. Read more
Dining room closed. So I did not stay. I will go to Dairy Queen, Burgerville or A & W where they still value customers that want... to dine in. Read more
Just sat in drive thru for 20 minutes... in that time 2 cars placed orders and one picked up food. 2 cars in parking lot and... zero uber eats... they are basically taking one order in drive thru, cooking the order and giving out of drive thru beforetaking the next... apparently they are soooo busy... 2 orders every 15 minutes is garbage and I'm done... lazy and not worth thewait. We waited in line, FOREVER, EXTREMELY SLOW! decided to go in (thought it would be faster) my mistake not posted anywhere on... the building saying dining room closed except the doors. I'm sorry, no reason you can't order inside and close the seating. Total waste of time. I didn't know i had to Google for the dining room open. Read more
I had a problem understanding the person on the voice box.. The person on the box orders had a speech impediment..both of us... ended up so irritated.. Not comfortable for both of us.. My food wasn't good at all.. Always use to go there..not again! Read more
First time at this location. Snatched some biggie bags for me and the kids. For all four of us came to 22 dollars. Excellent... price for food on the go anymore. Staff was quick and pleasant. Order was correct. Drive through was easy to get through. Therestaurant's location was a bit buried in a commercial center that housed many other business. We will be back if we are inChehalis again. Ordered two biggie bags and strawberry lemonades. The lady repeated our order back to us correct. Pull up to the window to pay... and was charged for three biggie bags and had to wait for them to fix. Then once on freeway realized that they gave us regularlemonades instead on the strawberry that we paid for. Read more
