I ordered an ice cap with whipped topping. The iced cap didn't have whipped topping on it so I handed back to the clerk and... asked to have it put on since I paid for it and she rolled her eyes at me. After she handed it back to me I asked her why sherolled her eyes at me for asking for something I paid for. She stood there looking at me with no response. Terrible customerservice. Read more
If I could give the staff 10 stars there I would. I stop here pretty regularly for breakfast and today I was a nucklehead and... forgot my wallet. I asked the woman (i wish i caught her name) to please cancel my order because I didn't have my wallet. Shepaid for my tea and sandwich. I started crying. That is the nicest thing some random person has done for me. It was so sweet andunnecessary. I appreciate it 1000 times and will make sure to pass on the good energy. I joke that this Tim's is one of myfavorites in Buffalo, now it 1000% is. Read more

After finally getting over my last Tim Horton's breakfast sandwich disappointment from 12/17 (at another store), I decided that... I'll give it another shot. After a late night watching disappointing football, and having a few drinks, what could be betterthan a bagel sandwich? In this case, pretty much anything. Ordered a bagel BELT, but with sausage. Got back to my shop, bitein. Hmmmm, yep, tastes like egg, tomato, lettuce, cheese...so far, so good. Awwww, missing a key ingredient here. Nosausage. So, this was my last Tim's visit for anything. There is a black girl working the front counter who is super rude with a bad attitude. Didn't get her name but she has a nose... ring. There is no reason to act up. Just service us the coffee and donuts and let us be on our merry ways!!! Read more
