Worst location I?ve been at. The workers are super rude, always mess something up. For example, I asked for an unsweetened iced... tea, was given EXTRA sweet iced tea. Or the time I asked for a bacon egg and cheese, but no bacon was on the sandwich. Activelyavoid. Read more
Employees are very rude and nasty. I ordered a sandwich,muffin,donut,and a stepped tea and I never got my tea. When I called she... told me there was nothing they can do I than asked to speak to a manager and explain to her what happened and she also told methere was nothing they can do and than hung up on me. Every time i buy something from this place, food had been served without bag. I had a talk to employees about that, they told... me manager trained them and gave them instructions that not to put food in the bag. So cheep and not ahealthy services. Read more
I've been to this location many times as its on my drive to work. Each time I decide to give them another chance and I am... disappointed. They will not toast you bagels unless you ask for double toasted in which they burn them. I'm not talking they arelightly toasted or taken out early I'm talking room temp never seen a toaster. The staff does not give you your total after youorder and the coffee is off somehow. I don't generally write reviews but I'm sick of the really poor service and sadly the nextclosest one is just as bad. Read more
Verified order 5 times! Still managed to charge for the correct thing while making the order wrong. Asked for Soy milk. Got... charged for it. Still made it with cream. You'd think that he could respect someone not using a Dairy product but guess not. Ifyou go in the morning this place is great. Every time I attempt to go in afternoon the staff is intolerant trash. Employees are very rude. Always mess up my order. As this is the closest to my house and I don't drive I have ordered twice in a... row and they messed up both times. Today they messed my order up and the driver went back to get the correct order and came backagain with the wrong order. I can't stand this tim hortons and I wish I was able to switch locations for delivery. This placedon't even deserve 1 star in my opinion. Read more
