Cheese Cake Factory at Walden Galleria - long overdue visit to this place - hadn't been to CCF since before covid - well I was... somewhat disappointed, - portion sizes shrunk down, and the food seemed a little prefabed (almost like everything was from afreezer and then heated up and plated) - not saying it was bad, but it wasn't the best either. Four star because the food was okay. Our waitress was amazing, super nice and attentive. They were able to get us seated before... our reservation time but the quality of food could've been slightly better. Overall it was still a good experience. RSVP only has a max of 6 people. My family and I were 8. From the time I called to confirm and edit my reservation Jared was... absolutely amazing and had the perfect etiquette over the phone. Then when we got there and he was just so sweet and friendly.He was helpful and got us to our table and took group pics for us. Lienna was our server and she was a sweetheart. She checkedon us often, got us everything we wanted, she listened to my requests, split our bill as I asked her too, she was friendly,cleared away the table as fast as we were completing our courses. She even took a picture of us at our table as well as anotherone of the server that helped her bring our meals out. Everyone there was helpful and friendly. It was my first time atCheesecake Factory and it did not disappoint, it was a really great experience and I can?t wait to come back. Read more
I am posting this review based solely on the managers snarky comment when I complained to her about my uncooked & cold pasta.... Among other problems with this dining experience we chose to not be picky and voice our concerns to the manager about our mainissue. We first informed the server of our 2 out of 4 cold entrees to which she acknowledged yet disregarded. Though she didn?tsay much about it we were surprised when the bill came and nothing had been done to compensate us. As a customer our expectationis that our concerns would be addressed and taken seriously and the lack of regard for our concerns is what caused us toescalate this to the manager. Before the plate was cleared we took a picture in order to justify our negative experience to themanager, when we asked if she wanted to see the picture to understand the severity of the dish in question she scoffed and said?great! Are you going to post that on social media?? in a sarcastic tone. We were in disbelief by the fact that this customerservice manager was more concerned about our potential positing than she was about her customers experience. Until that momentwe had no intention of bringing this to social media but it appears that this may be the only way to alert them to theirdeficient restaurant standards. Just when we thought we were going to be taken care of she simply offered to take off a cheapermenu item than the meal that was affected. It is important to note we are not out for a free meal and have never written anegative review. On top of this entire experience under the breath comments were made at us on our way out. Why you gotta fight with me at cheesecake, used to love to go there????? This place fell off so hard! It?s very subpar now. Got... here at 9 pm wanting to get a table. The hostess looked so miserable that she had to do her job. She told me that I wouldn?t geta table for 30 mins and by then then would be closed (they close at 10). So I said I?ll sit at the bar. 8 minutes later theytold me my table was ready but I didn?t want it anymore. Ordered the tater tots which were delicious! Mashed potatoes deepfried with a crunchy outside! The pot stickers used to be my favourite but now they are very salty and prepared poorly. Theflatbread pizza was a solid 2/5. Very salty as well. Great food and service, however, I suggest making a reservation online but you can't make it for more than 6. They will not... allow you to make reservations of more than 6, so if you have a big family you will need to visit the restaurant and wait. Iasked do they accommodate big families and the answer was to wait. You would think they would prefer you reserve in advance forbig parties so they can prepare. Really enjoyed our lunch here! A friend and I shared 2 appetizers, had an entree each, and took home the cheesecake and... leftovers since we were so full! The portion sizes were fairly large. I highly recommend trying the tater tots (there was morethen shown in the picture, but we ate them prior). They were like eating little deep fried mashed potato bites. Absolutelydelicious! My friend had a coconut mojito as well. Very good if you like light fruity cocktails. Looking forward to coming backagain to try more, and maybe enjoy their happy hour. Read more
This location of Cheesecake Factory features a humongous property and it's located in a great spot with a very Chill vibe.... Stopped by here on a Saturday night for Dessert only. Tried their Burnt Basque Cheesecake which was one of their newintroductions and it was pretty amazing. They have a very well-curated menu for their desserts & offer some unique flavors.Definitely recommend trying their Cheesecakes. The ambience of the restaurant is lovely. You can easily share a singlecheesecake slice between 2 people but there are so many great options to choose from, you might end up ordering a personal oneand taking some home! Read more
