The service with the younger workers had additude, when I told them my pizza was still frozen they warmed it up a little longer... a piece had flipped over and he didn't care the young Spanish lady said she'd make me another only cause I said are you givingme a little credit/redund for it cuz I paid for a whole pizza not 3 slices and she made me 1 not happy about it only cuz therewere customers I'm the store and that 1 was still chilly not frozen like the other 1 .then she charged another customer for 3subs and the lady only ordered 2 but the lady caught it n her issue was fixed. Hello world, I want to give a shout out to these three young ladies Patasia, Jenna and Makayla they were wonderfully patient... with me and my family. We knew subs, but didn't know what we wanted, not even condiments, but toasted. We toasted all breadwithout the cheese bread toasted with the cheese, meat and confused the staff, but they stayed professional. We didn't knowwhat meat we were going to get they were not like aggravated frustrated we started one told them to stop it start another. Theywere very respectful they were knowledgeable about what condiments and what may taste better and what we should do with doingfootlongs or 6 in. I know it's only food but this really helped tremendously because it was dinner time and we just came frombasketball practice so it was like get something quick for the kids so that they can shower and get ready for bed. They atethe subs and the subs was so delicious they said. Thank you so much ladies. I would really love to thank these young ladiesbecause again they were patient with all of us and they got our orders right after we gave them so much wrong LOL and they werecourteous so thank you so much for being helpful Subway team members. Hello world I know we do not have a lot of staff on Deck anywhere. But this was the slowest order made ever. Subway is a nice... brand a good organization and the food is quality and quality. Walked in taken care of immediately. Order 4 subs, 3 whole n 1 half sub. People taking care of us was friendly, professional n... very helpful. Ordered new steak n cheese, Italian BMT, oven roasted chicken n ham n cheese subs. Steak sub was amazing. So muchbetter than original. The other 3 were very good, made correctly n within a reasonable time. Had issue with rewards card whilecashing out. Was given phone number to call as well as a website to check out to fix the problem. Again great food. Greatcustomer service. Would definitely recommend this location to others. Read more
