This is easily the best McDonalds in all of the Buffalo area. Drive thru is always packed at lunch time but they slam orders out... so fast that you can be through the drive thru with your food in under 5 minutes during that time. Not only that, the food isalways done right. Not a sloppy mess with way too much of one ingredient or whatever typical fast food problems you usuallywould deal with. The staff is polite, fast and handles food with care! If you are trying to have a meal at McDonalds and not bedisappointed, I recommend this location! Read more
Typical McDonald's. This location however is always extremely busy no matter what time and they never have enough workers.

Transit Rd Wlmsvl is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. You can hear employees talking about customers in derogatory ways... while you are sitting at the window, and generally they are just rude even when you thank them for your food or ask if thesauce you paid for is added you are mostly ignored. The best spicy chicken crisp I had at any McDonalds. Other McDonalds there soft, this place was crispy as advertised. The... service was fast and super friendly. There was even 2 cookies in the bag from the GM. No complaints at all, great job! Read more

Normally when you order food it should be fresh and hot correct? Everytime we order which is far between the food arrives COLD... STALE AND OLD. I didnt want to leave this review because the manager has really tried fixing this store but this falls under thelaziness of his employees. I should have asked for a full refund. The only reason I ordered today is because my sons been sickwith no appetite this is the first day hes feeling well enough to eat he wanted the Dons.
