Just had my worst McDonald's experience ever. First and last time going here. There was 7 cars in front of me and it took almost... a half hour to get through drive-thru. They gave me food and no drink, had to ask for it. The muffins weren't even toasted andthe food was cold by the time I got it. Listen to the other reviews and find another McDonald's. Read more
Nothing against the food or service, those are awesome. I typically order through Doordash, and the menu is so limited.... Typically I'm ordering kids meals- there is no option for a cheeseburger kids meal, I do not have the options of any otherdrinks but milk or water. Well, technically, I do but then om paying extra $, where as in person, I can order the meal itself(not just "adding" cheese) and all the drink options including chocolate milk which they always have but is never listed on themenu. Other restaurants do not have the same type of limitations. Adding instructions to the order is a waste of time as theyare never followed, and the driver for door dash cannot deviate from the exact thing you ordered via the app. McDonald's! 35 minutes in the drive through with 2 cars ahead of me... These door dash orders need to order ahead and not hold up the line... all night for giant orders. I usually avoid this place because it takes so long. To top it off, they said no milkshakes. Fix themachines, move the dashers out of the way, and take care of your customers who want food fast or we will just cook at home forless money and in less time. Because the state of this establishment is embarrassing. I could dive rightinto the unfortunate experience I had, but honestly..... The best breakfast. I got the hotcakes, eggs, cinnamon roll, and a hash brown. Those are the best except for the cinnamon roll.... The cinnamon rolls are not good but not bad. The cinnamon rolls are to cinnamon-y. The hash browns are exceptionally good! Ilove them. They are so crispy and delicious. The hot cakes are so good! They are so nice I ate 2 in a row! It was very busy which is understandable but they forgot apple slice in the kids meal. I ordered a mcchicken and received a... McDouble. They forgot the second large diet which we had to add on at the window. Read more
Have been to this location multiple times and the quality of the food is well below 1 ?. Got my order "fish filet" and the... employee made all my food with the middle buns of a big Mac. The last time they also messed up my entire order. Instead ofrefunding money they just want to remake the food. Honestly this is the last straw I will be going to another location from hereon out!!
