I went there with a friend from out of town that got in late at the airport and we sat down and waited for over 15 minutes... before anybody even asked us if we wanted a drink and there was only three tables being used and for workers working as servers.We ordered some pretty basic food but the worst of it other than my burnt chicken was the biscuits and gravy my friend hadordered. The biscuits were cold and looked uncooked and the gravy that they put on it was a brown gravy that you would find onmashed potatoes. When we brought up our concerns in a non hostile way our server simply said I don't know I don't cook the food.If I could give this a negative star rating then I would. This is Buffalo and we have plenty of late night eateries so I suggestgoing anywhere else. Read more
Labor Day and the area we sat in was very busy. There was at least 6 couples and a group of 7 adults and children. The only... waitress SHAKAYLA was alone. She took customers to their seats, took their orders, delivered their orders, cleaned tables whencustomers left and cashed them out. Personally, I could not believe it. She performed in an outstanding manner. Nothing seemedto bother her. She was very polite and when ordering you knew she was focused on you. I know she will probably never see thisreview, but any restaurant would be happy to hire her. Read more
Been here twice for breakfast. Both times delicious food, good coffee and friendly / clean atmosphere. Service staff is friendly... - However the second time I went here the waitress talked to other guests all the time which kept her busy, I almost felt badfor interrupting her asking for more coffee or my order. Everything started off well we were seated waitress was friendly. While we were waiting on our breakfast to be served. A couple... walks in with a dog ????. Not a seeing eye dog or special needs dog but a family dog. They were seated with no questions asked.We didn't come here to eat next to a dog. Had we known dogs were allowed in the restaurant we would of never stopped in to eat.What about people who have allergies to animals. Never again will we eat here. Just disgusting ???? Read more

Horrible service. All the food came out wrong and randomly. Had to wait forever for anything. No refills on drinks dirty Mayo,... food was cold, overcooked and wrong. Disgusted! Then to top it off our last item we waited for was fries. The guy was high as akite and brought some other thing out acting super confused. The manager never came out to speak with me.
