Food was fine, place was relatively clean, workers were friendly.
Our house was under construction so my husband said I'll go to Burger King for us. He comes back and there's items missing.... Calls the store, speaks to the manager who asks him if he wants to pick it up another day. No, we want it today or we would haveordered it another day. I go back and asked for him by name. Austin grabs it, slips it into a bag and slides it across thecounter. Never turned around. Never looked at me. Not even a "I'm sorry for the inconvenience ". Nothing !!! Worst customerservice. I was a restaurant manager for 20 years and this was a slap in the face. Time to retrain. Read more
Fast Food Breakfast - was fresh and hot, 1st time in awhile that the croissant was not flattened and damp from sitting too long.... Staff was friendly, even tho short by 1 worker who finally showed up. (Mostly Drive-Thru business.) But i walk to BK on Union Rdnear Genesee St (next to 7-11). They still have the 2 for $4 and $5 choices on the Croissant Breakfast Sandwiches. Want to trythe new Cheesy Melts, just didn't want to ask today bc the counter person was doing the cooking, the Drive-Thru, and counter asManager was filling the cooler from the delivery truck. I even accidentally left my food and sent my friend back to retrieve it.It had been repacked in double paper bags to keep it hot. Even after walking back home, it was was still perfectly heated. One order in line ahead of me, they somehow miss my order and I'm stuck waiting almost 30 minutes for them to figure it out. No... apology for the wait, just attitude. I don't expect much from Burger King but this was pathetic. Read more
I checked my bag before driving away. No fries. Told girl at window who in turn asked girl who did the bagging. She looks at... me & said you didn't order fries. So now I have to explain my order. She says Whatever & put fries in the bag for me. I feltbad for the girl at the window. She seemed embarrassed. Read more
very bad service and there is never chicken and if there is breast... and they always close early
