I'm on the keto diet and was happy to experience of kindness when I asked for one of your delicious burger sandwich arrangements... be given to me without the bun and I was accommodated without hesitation or as if my request was an inconvenience for BURGERKING. The staff that took and delivered my order made me feel like a Queen of your establishment!! You see I had just came frommy yearly check up appointment with my doctor where I was able to share how I was able to take away 1 of my diabetic medicinesbecause of my healthy keto eating regime. I enter the restaurant this morning and noticed many of the employees not wearing masks and/or in a proper manner. Most were... wearing them with their masks tucked under their noses, some were wearing them under their chin and some were not wearing themat all. Then I entered and asked the person by the counter if we had to wear mask on the restaurant. With his mask tucked underhis nose, he answered affirmatively and mmentioned there were signs all over the building. I couldn't understand why employeesweren't wearing them. Read more
I live in Derby and would rather drive out to this location than anyone close to my area. The employees at this location are... absolutely wonderful always greet you with a smile always happy. The food is always fresh and never old or reheated. I had anissue with my order once, it was a mobile order mess up and they quickly remedied the situation with no issues whatsoever and asmile on their face. It is definitely worth driving to from Derby. Keep up the great work guys and gals! Read more
