This is a good Subway! I went in there the other evening because the app wasn't working and had to order at the counter but the... two young men working there were so helpful and nice made it a real pleasant experience. This is the first time I've had a bad experience at this location, and the quality was completely based on the employee. I don't... know the (young) man's name because it was smudged and faded on his nametag. He has long curly hair that was pulled back into abun, and he's served me before, but never with any issues. When I told him the type of bread I wanted, he cut it, then THREW theother half back into the warmer. First ingredient I told him was bacon, so he took out too much, put what he had to on thesandwich and AGAIN, THREW (with force) the rest back into the bin. I asked him if he was all right, and he simply responded "yesI'm fine". He was polite when he spoke, but his demeanor was aggressive the entire time. He hardly put any spinach on, anddidn't even try to get the liquid out of the pickles that he sloshed on the sandwich, making it really messy and saturated. Hemust have been having a bad day, but some extra training in customer service etiquette is definitely required. Read more
