The customer service was terrible. I dealt with Whitney at the register, and she gave me the bare minimum. No greeting or thank... you's. She was very short with her responses and didn't even smile once. I waited about 20-30 minutes for one Whopper Jr. Idefinitely don't recommend this place; However, there aren't a lot of fast food options in Cheboygan, so it's hard to avoid whenlooking for a simple burger. I hope their staff gets better with customer service because it's not that hard to smile atsomeone. It should be common sense. Read more
I don't usually complain, but after sitting in the drive through line for 15 minutes after ordering, to get back to work and... find I have the completely wrong order sucks. I miss McDonald's. Read more

Great customer service and open late for the area. Wait times in drive-thru are longer than normal due to their main competitor... recently closing for construction. It would be nice if they participated in the app rewards codes but they mail coupons withgreat discounts in the shopper so I keep them in the glove box. To use a coupon at drive-thru just give the 4-digit coupon code.Complete a short on-line survey located on your receipt for a buy one-get one Whopper code! Read more
I have never had a good experience here. Previously, it has been rude cashiers, despite my patience and kindness. Today, the... cashier flat out told me she didn't feel like re-ringing up my order because I told her I had a coupon. She also didn't greetme, say thank you, or anything else that takes zero effort. They never go above and beyond, it's always the bare minimum. I'msuper bummed that they are the only fast food place in town right now because their customer service and food both suck. Service was good, pretty fast but the prices have gone up so huch and was expected but boy the whopper is the size of regular... hamburger now and its 3 pickles, 2 tomatoes and 4 shreds of lettuce. I remember when it would fill you up on its own. Thefries were perfect, bjust golden brown and crispy! Place was clean. Read more
A complete overhaul of the restaurant since probably the 80s, it's sleek and modern and fits in well with our other businesses.... And finally the chip/strip machines are in working order so you don't have to bring just cash any more. Very friendly as alwaysand super clean but homey feeling. Smiles everywhere and overall a great expierence. My only downside is, the local McDonald'stook out it's shrubs and trees making it look rather barren, the same thing can be said here, great new facility just needstrees and shrubs. Read more
