Make sure you Check your order before you drive away I have gotten home several times and part of my orders are missing this... absolutely upsets me when I'm paying for a meal and only get the fries not exactly perfect service not to mention basicallystealing money when items are not Gave as they should be. The service was very slow, they were full staffed but was not organized at all. An elderly gentleman was making fries and... putting chicken and fish in fryers he was the fastest one in there. Just super poor managing of staff. Read more
My mom and I went through the drive through today and as someone who works in the customer service industry, I completely... understand that it takes time to help people, especially when most places are out of some of their products. My issue wasn'tthe time. My issue was the person working the drive thru. Her name is Mackenzie. She was very rude when we were trying to orderand when we went up to pay she didn't speak one word except to tell me my total. On top of that she didn't give me a straw formy drink. I told her to have a nice day and she totally ignored me. I'm not impressed with this customer service. The food wasamazing but, I honestly don't think I'll be back. Read more
Extremely slow restaurant...45 minutes in the line to get food to go on a Wednesday at 8 at night...shouldn't be too hard to... handle a two person order but week after week same thing...i will not return even tho the food was hot. Guess thats why everyonewas at McDonald's Read more
Gets my order right everytime and always has the best food in a hurry. It?s an arbys, and a good one at that. Love jamocha... shakes and their new orange cream shake is bomb. Ps. I?m sorry to the employee my dad complained to about the bush hitting histruck. I apologize on his behalf for mistreating an overworked and probably under appreciated fast food window cashier whoprobably can?t fix it because they?re pretty busy and it?s also not their job. I understand when I go to Arby?s it?s going to be slow. I know that before going there. But today they got something wrong with... every piece of my order. I ordered the Half pound roast beef with crinkle fries with A LG Diet Dr. Pepper and a 4 PC mozzarellastick. I got a roast beef and cheddar that ended up dripping all over my clothes, my fries were made larger even though Ididn?t order it that way and my mozzarella sticks were made larger as well. Then after waiting, the normal Arby?s wait of about10 minutes, my food arrived and I didn?t get my drink. It?s amazing. I really do prefer Arby?s food, even with the slow serviceand astronomical prices. But now they?re getting the orders completely wrong as well??? I can take a lot, but I?m done. I won?tbe back.
