Salad mostly lettuce and it is wilted and starting to turn brown. Two slivers of cheese; may as well left it off. Not worth what... they charge. When this location opened they were great. That died quickly. No utensil with meal at drive thru. Extremely slowdrive thru. Read more

Food was not disappointing however the attitude of the girl who took our order was nasty! We dro e 13 hours and have never been... here before and were treated rudely! And they were very lazy at cleaning! We had to leave our trays on the table. No othertables had been wiped off! Read more

Don?t waste your time here. Management needs to take their job and their team seriously. Staff is unfriendly and acts like you... are bothering them. Last time we ate here, I had to ask for someone to give me a rag to clean a table? only three tables diningin and all others were dirty. Not busy and order was still wrong. Newest restaurant around, hoping staff would get better. Butasked tonight to wait 5/10 minutes in drive through to give them time to catch up their dine in orders. We patiently waited tohave someone hatefully ask for our order. Then we were asked to wait another 10 minutes on our chicken ordered or to ordersomething else. I asked seriously(?) After already waiting(?) She replied ?Or order something else.? ?Bye? Zaxbys, we will notbe back to this store again. Do and hire better. Read more

Service is terrible. Insanely slow. Food is pretty good, but they mess the order up often, and every time you pull up to the... window there is always 3-4 employees just standing there. If you are wanting something remotely fast you would be better offgoing to a sit down restaurant than this Zaxbys Read more

I?m not one to give poor reviews. This place is new and needs to be held accountable to building upkeep. The floors are slippery... with grease. The trashcan outside was full. The men?s restroom soap dispenser did not work. When we called this to themanagements attention they did not fix it properly. Another customer made the same complaint. Please teach proper cleaningmethods so no one gets hurt on the slippery floors. Our food order was accurate. The food took about 15 minutes to come out.They were not busy or crowded. Read more

Granted we came in on a Sunday for lunch but still they were on a 20 to 30... minute delay between taking your order and getting your food even though they were pushing orders out through the drive-thru ona regular basis. I guess they only care about their drive-thru customers! Would not recommend if you are in a hurry. Read more
