Excellent customer service! Great food, speed of service and was willing to prepare a special order modification without and... hesitation. A coworker brought back my lunch today after she ate lunch there. While she was there a gentleman that appeared to be homeless... came in and a lady behind the counter yelled at him to get out! That he knew he didn't have any money and wasn't supposed to bethere! How humiliating for this man!! I'm appalled that she would speak to him that way!! It breaks my heart! But for the graceof God that could be any of us. Someone went out and gave him some money and he came back in to order and they yelled at himagain and then ignored him for a long time before they took his order. I find it hard to believe that Zaxbys would condone thisbehavior! If so this is not the place I choose to spend my money. I think some customer service and humility classes might bebeneficial. This place is normally very good; however, the summer crew is absolutely horrible. The person taking the order is very high... when taking the order. I don't think she knew where she was until I repeated my order for the third time, just to have itmessed up anyways and had to go back inside to have it fixed. Had a salad and a basic chicken sandwich with no drinks or sides. Salad was not bad but the sandwich was small and very... mediocre. Our total was almost 25$. The sandwich was 7 dollars?? Not sure if we were overcharged, but definitely not comingback. Way overpriced for what it was. Read more
