The food and service used to be good but now every single time me or anyone in my family has gone here they have always... forgotten the sauces, the chicken tastes extremely off with a sort of fishy aftertaste, and considering how long the drive thrutakes as well as the odd taste the wait and cost for the food definitely isn?t worth it. Me and everyone I know who?ve sharedthe same experience won?t be coming back here but we definitely recommend going to the zaxbys on Shallowford rd instead forbetter tasting food and better service. Awful this is the rudest worst Zaxbys in the city! Don?t bother stopping here because you?ll only leave disappointed! Burnt... chicken sandwich no seasoning on fries. 8/21/22 Went back in evening asked for wings to b cooked longer, got blood wings at this location even after asking to b cooked... longer. I am getting tired of Zaxbys now. I am about to just STOP going to any of them. Tired of this and then being ignoredwhen asked. It happens more than not. Guess I am going to have to pay more at Heavenly Wings and Papa John's just so I know Iwill not get blood 8/20/21 Zaxbys in East Brainerd. Asked them to cook fresh and my wings longer and this location did itright. No blood on the bones..cooked through and through and piping hot-- like I requested. Asked for 10pc order of the boneless wings with tongue torcher sauce as the flavor of them but when I got home they had ZERO... sauce on them,wings were cold and dried out and don't understand how they could be so dried out if Zaxby's cooks to order?Forgetting the tongue torcher sauce I can understand,we are not perfect creatures and sometimes lack of communication and/orimmaturity of the young teenagers that work their but if they cook to order,how could they be this dried out andcold...unless..Called and asked for store manager but the person said they were the store manager but you could hear themlaughing with other co-workers and mocking almost everything I had asked or was saying. I was honest and courteous and hatecomplaining but c'mon people,how hard is it to mess up a 10 piece boneless wing with tongue torcher sauce? Obviously very hardfor them because the restaurant was after lunch(I went thru the drive thru at 3:18pm) and no cars ahead of me and parking lotwas empty so I had to ask if they were opened when i pulled up to the speaker box and was greeted because i wasn't sure becauseZaxby's is always busy but not this day and time. Not a very good experience. The staff was friendly, however these are the wings that were supposed to be tossed in 'sweet &... spicy' sauce. I tried to call and no answer. As you can see, barely any sauce. Bare chicken. Unfortunately my love for Zaxby'sis waning. Read more
