Every time I go there I regret it horrible service. The food is not cooked well the fries cooked with old burnt taste the... chicken, the same way very sloppy somebody need to do something about it. I've been here a few times and started asking for fresh plate with well done wings bc often the food is Luke warm and doesn't... taste as good at that temp. Most place oblige and I have to wait.. no problem. At this location on Shallowford Rd.,Chattanooga they seem like they don't care. I've leave with still bloody wings even today. I am going to stop going to thislocation and check my wings at every location before I leave parking lot. If this continues then I will find me a new wingplace. 15$ for a traditional wings and things ?go big? which means large fries and drink right. Well they gave me less than a handful... of fries. I normally don?t do negative reviews but this is the fifth time that I order a meal and say go big and pay extra forextra fries and have barley enough to cover the bottom of the box. 15$ is an insane amount but I pay it because I like thefood but it would be nice to get 15$ worth of the food for once since I pay extra to get extra. Kind of strange. It has Zaxbys on the signs, looks like a Zaxbys, but is nothing like Zaxbys. The workers were unintelligible.... The food was cold. The drinks were out. Was still hungry when I left. Like I was in the twilight zone. I?ve been to 5-6 Zaxbysand this is by far the worst one. I have ordered wings and things about 15 times and have never been hungry after.
