Like so many places, a bit low on employee count, but a pretty good job at 1:00 or so. Great fries in the $5 bag deal and very... good dbl stack. Real meat and fixings sure beat that flat patty place. But yeh, the atmosphere is 3 stars, so I get take out. Read more
Do not expect to dine-in (door closed drive through open), do nt bother to order through the Wendy's app (it has been more than... 20 min when the guy said he haven't gotten our order then change his mind said yes he just now got it (after 10 min ummm and ithas been paid for so I had to go around to park in plain view while they were serving drive through customers). We were stillwaiting....wow. what were we supposed to do? He stole our money that's for sure and we never got our food.....shame on you forstealing. Let it br known we tried to go inside doors locked and we went thru drive thru he told us to park in mobile parkingwe did and we called the number it kept ringing several times. Awful service. After waiting 30 min he told us our order wasn'tI system an he refused to believe her. And her phone says otherwise. We will never go there again. Read more
The service at this Wendy's is exceptional. The lunch manager is probably one of the most friendly and patient people I've met.... Even through a lunch rush, noone seems freaked out or unhappy. Everyone is kind. Attitude reflects leadership and that manageris definitely doing a great job! Read more
First time at this Wendy's. Stopped in last Sunday morning around 9am on the way to Signal Mountain for the 500 mile flea... market. So, my first time ever trying Wendy's breakfast. I ordered a number 1 combo which is chicken & bacon croissant,seasoned potatoes, & a drink of your choice. I got coffee with 3 creamers. The drive-thru Lady employee was very courteous shesaid it'd be just a minute she was making fresh coffee. It was short wait but worth it. Coffee hot & fresh. The chicken had ataste of honey to it, bacon was crisp. Croissant soft & fresh. The breakfast seasoned potatoes. Hot crispy, & tasty. Iapologize I was so hungry I didn't take any photos. :) So, overall a very pleasant experience. I think due to the kind Lady atthe drive-thru window. Attitude of Employee can make a world of difference at any establishment in my opinion. Read more
I believe this is the slowest Wendy's in the entire country. Every time I come, it's a 15+ minute wait at the drive thru, and... only half the time the food is proper temperature and the order correct. You can't go inside instead, they keep the door locked.If you are really craving Wendy's, it's worth the short drive to Lookout Valley, which ALWAYS has fast service and good food. Read more
It's a whole life experience. I entered this drive thru as a young man. I reached the window as an old man, my best years behind... me. Neither I nor the underpaid overworked fellow at the window could remember how we had gotten to this point. Don't make thesame mistakes we did. Don't waste the little time you have on this earth. Raise your own chickens. Grow your own potatoes.Invent a soft drink. It'll be a hell of a lot faster than ordering food here. Read more

I love this Wendy?s, but they were out of lettuce the last time I went. They have a new menu item the garlic fries. All I... absolutely love the garlic fries. I think it?s the best thing Wendy?s has done. I also love the frosty chino. It is so good. Theapp does not have many good deals at all but the biggie bags and the four for four are still so good.
