Who the heck runs out of biscuits on a Friday morning at 8am? We were either lied to or they are incompetent. Bisucits are... part of a majority of their breakfast lineup. Learn to order better if you were really out of biscuits. Read more

Highly disappointed with the level of customer service here. First, the lady taking orders was sitting in a chair at the window... when I pulled up, took my card and literally crumpled my receipt around it when handing it back. The burger was hard and thefries were half filled and overcooked. Parking lot wasn?t the cleanest. To say it was lunchtime and literally no patronsshould have been a clue. Not friendly and barely able to greet you. Paid almost $12 for my meal to only get someone else's. Single line so I'm not sure... how that happened. Tried to eat the burger someone else had ordered behind me and it warm at best. It was the worst Wendy'sburger I've eaten. Ever. And Wendy's is my favorite burger, fast food wise. Read more

If I could give it a 0 I would. I asked for fresh fries only to get fries that had been sitting up their for 15 mins. My chicken... sandwich was rubbery. Instead of them fixing the problem they make it a bigger problem. The managers let their employees talkcrazy. You can hear them thru the window just talking crazy.
