This location can occasionally have rather long wait times. However, their service is almost always friendly and accommodating.... I tend to order ahead on the app to save a little time in case I arrive and find myself in a long drive-thru line. The food isconstantly good and my kids love the fresh fruit and oatmeal bar options. The best Wendy's in Chattanooga, which isn't saying much. Much like Wendy's menu, the service is a mixed bag. Expect either a... long wait, brash customer service, or an incorrect order. I have always received one of those three hallmark traits when eatingat Wendy's. You can't even dine in at this location.
