Absolutely horrible customer service. Lady with the purple hair was rude to EVERYBODY including other staff members. She... snatched a receipt out of customers hands, got mouthy with someone who requested fresh fries and threaten to walk out. She evengot irritated with a man who was missing an item. Started in Taking order. She was very abrupt and impatient. Next girl at window handled her a phone and food .finally food was 8... minutes later basically thrown to mo without a word spoken. I was a manager at Wendy's a long time ago she you got food rightout in under2 min. Without attitude. Customers counted. Last visit to this mess. I'm sure that make them happy not to bebothered while on phone. Read more

The food is always fine however the service not so much. I frequent this Wendy's at least once a week due to the proximity of... where it is to my workplace. I went through today and the drive thru workers were extremely rude. I pulled up to the firstwindow and she told me a total, I advised that I was the online order and she said "Oh then you don't have to talk to me" andshut the window. The next window was no better. I understand that food service sucks however we have all worked it at somepoint. If you hate your job that much then go somewhere else. EVERYONE IS HIRING at this point. No reason to treat yourcustomers poorly. I am in customer service as well and I wouldn't have a job if I treated someone in this manner. Read more

Just leaving on 10/27 at 4:15pm. It?s obvious that the owner ow this Wendy?s doesn?t care about their customers. The burger... meat tasted like it had been sitting for hours and the fries were cold. On a positive note the Diet Coke was good! Hatedwasting $10 on this. Will not return! You can see I mostly post positive reviews but this food is disgusting ???? Read more

We decided to dine in with the kids this time since the lobby was finally open. It was a nice visit. They seem a little over... whelmed with all the online orders or mobile orders. I believe it's put to much pressure on the employees and it's causing thedrive through and dine in people's food to suffer for it. But other than that it was pretty good. Read more

Drive-thru service was better than most of the ones in the vicinity. Food was of good quality and not cold. No complaints.

One of the better fast food joints in the area. It's well staffed and I've been going there almost twice a week for a year. ... Even during lunch hour they are getting people in and out of the drive through fast. Wendy's specialty breakfast items aren'tthe best, but this location is great. Read more

I got my food and went home and the burger had been eaten off of. Called up there and the manager stated that he had cameras... everywhere?.that means nothing to me if the burger had been eaten off of. I then stated that maybe it was reused and he hell no.I will never be returning this is by far the worst Wendy?s ever. Read more
