I love the food and business. The food is great and healthy. My spouse and I love the desserts. We are pretty active because of... our careers so this business helps alleviate meal preparation during the weekends. The food options are diverse there arebreakfast options. We usually take the elite options for the meals it increases the macros and caloric intake. We ordered ourfood on Fridays for pick up at the Southside location on Mondays. Unfortunately, using the meal options there is a lot ofplastic being used. We ended up discontinuing using this service. It is alittle pricey we spend about $150-200 every week. Iwould recommend this service for people who are always on the go and if they like using alot of plastic. Would you do discountsfor first responders or military? Read more

I ordered last week for pick up on Monday of this week at a pickup location in Ringgold. I?ll start off by saying I was very... impressed with the reviews, and the website looked very good. I wanted to like this place and the experience but it was quiteliterally the worst and I won?t be back. The website was malfunctioning so I called the Southside location to ask how they?dlike me to proceed, no answer. Called several more times that day, and no answer. So I called the North location a ton of timesas well, and after about 7-8 calls over the course of two whole days I got a hold of someone. They gave me a very snarky,annoyed, and wrong answer to the problem I was having so eventually I just did what I thought was correct, and she denied thephone ever rang. Whatever. So the order is complete, still charged me ?shipping? just to simply pick up my order. At this pointI just want my food and don?t want to order again. I call the pick up location to verify hours, and make sure I coordinatecorrectly before I make the drive. They don?t answer. I call maybe 5 times over the course of 2 days. I finally get a call back,and then proceed to go get my food. When I call get there I call to let them know I?m there to pick it up and they literally.Don?t. Answer. They call me back pretty quickly though I?ll say that! I get my food, the containers look great, bag is greatquality. I get home and leave ONE meal in the fridge to eat. The next day after pick up (picked up Monday and went to eat itTuesday) one of my meals is rancid. I literally got sick from the smell. This place is highly overrated, bad customer service,and the food evidently is not great. I?m bummed.???? Read more
Highly recommend stopping by this little shop. It is quite health focused. Has pre-prepped meals. A majority of their food is... Gluten Free. I?ve had multiple meals and would say that they are definitely worth it if you want a healthy quick and easyprepared lunch or dinner! Read more
