I pre-ordered a ham but didn?t pay for it because it gave me the option to pay for it when I picked it up but I was told the... only people that paid ahead of time could pick up first and then I had to come back at 3 o?clock and hope that they still havesome if they?re going to do it that way then they should have said something about it on their website! Don't order a ham/turkey online!! No benefit to it at all! People who did NOT pay got served ahead of those who did. Absolutely... ridiculous. Don't have a pay online option if it doesn't benefit you to pay AHEAD!! People were in line for over an hour waitingto pick up prepaid orders! Read more

I pre-ordered ham by the slice online and paid for it. When I arrived at my scheduled time they said they didn?t have any... available and for me to come back. I called them a few hours later to cancel my order because I wasn?t going to have time to goback there. The guy on the phone said that the pre-sliced ham is only first come first serve. Which I?m sorry if it?s availablefor me to order online and I paid for it you should have set some aside for me because I had already paid for the product. Itold the guy I just wanted my money back and he said I had to call another number. Which I don?t understand why they couldn?tjust cancel it themselves. I will never be back to this store and would advise others to steer clear since they seem shady. Read more

The customer service at this location was terrible. I placed an online order and 2 days before pickup i called to request a ham... on the smaller end. They guy who answered did not let me get a word in and ended the conversation with a curt ?call the day youpickup.? So i called the day i was to pickup and the same guy answered. I made my request again and he told me he could not putanything aside even though he told me to call the day of. Then he proceeded to hang up on me. 5 minutes later, when i arrived atthe location, a woman at the counter ?helped? me. She did not greet me even with a good morning. I told her my name and askedfor a smaller ham she went back and i am sure just grabbed whatever she wanted threw it in a bag and rung me up. I said thankyou to which i received no response. During the December 13,14,15 rush for Ham for the holidays, the point of sale went down and manager Brandon Knight would only... take cash for his precious hams. No credit card, check or gift card was acceptable. ONLY Cash! Mr. Knight made no apologies orconcessions to accommodate his customers. Absolutely zero customer service here. I wish that I had posted this review muchearlier so people could make other plans for their holiday feast. That is no way to treat customers if you want repeat business.By the way, Costco has excellent honey hams. Read more

Your website was down, so my husband ordered my ham & turkey for me. The customer service rep on the phone was very... disrespectful to him. My husband has a hearing disability, but he usually has no issues with people understanding him. Thecustomer service rep was RUDE and told him he needed to speak more clearly. He will never call again for me. I am sodisappointed. There is no such thing as good customer service anymore at any stores really. This happened on Dec 14, 2020 at10am EST. Read more

We have been buying honey baked hams for our family and employees for over 20 years now. We purchased several for our employees... this past thanksgiving and had bad reports from some of them. We bought one for our family as well and I would have to say I?mextremely disappointed. I understand with the pandemic going on different precautions were put into place like most companies.With not being able to see the ham you would think the employees or at least mangers would up or be more cautious of the productthey are sending out. Our ham was not only over cooked and not completely sliced but there was absolutely no glaze what?s soever. We as a family and a company are unfortunately going to have to look elsewhere for gifts at least through the pandemic. Read more
