This just opened a short walk from my house. It is delicious, good sandwiches and better frose. They also have breakfast and the... coffee is just a buck and the coffee station has variety of creamers and a pump flavored syrup. The Co-op is such a treat! We tried the Turkey and Italian sandwiches, both were delicious. The drinks are so unique and what... really make the co-op different. This is a must try! I went first for the sandwiches and they were without question the best I have had in the chattanooga area.... I went back a week later as I was passing through to head to Atlanta for work and picked up breakfast. The breakfastsandwiches are phenomenal as well. Ordered online today to grab breakfast and lunch before heading into work and it was a super easy, fast process. Got the meat... breakfast sandwich and it had a great taste with fresh ingredients. I have the Caprese sandwich for lunch and it looksdelicious. Also, grabbed one of their $1 drip coffee and enjoyed the coffee bar offerings there that included oat milk. I visited The Co-Op this weekend. Absolutely hands down the best sandwich in all of Chattanooga. I had the Italian and then... the following day I had the cubano?..this is the exact type of concept this city needed. Loved the vibe and will be back weeklyfor lunch. Excellent sandwich and Froze'! I chose "The Masters" being a huge fan of egg salad. The sandwich was the best egg salad sandwich... I've had in Chattanooga and the prickly pear froze' was a very good compliment! The staff were very friendly and the service wasquick!
