Came with friends after picking up my wedding dress and we had a great time. Waitress was really sweet and the wait time was... reasonable for a Sunday. Great birthday dinner tonight! We went around 5pm and was seated very quickly. Food was excellent this evening but our waitress,... Ana, was just superb. Professional and bubbly and just everything you would want in someone who is taking care of you duringyour dining experience. I can't say enough good things about her. Peach lemonade was great, mango key lime cheesecake wasdelicious and dinner was all seasoned well. Thanks for a great evening and we will be back! Read more
It was okay the server was very good reason for three stars but the food wasn't great. Talking about food is very objective... because of have different tastes. I forgot to take pictures of our food before we ate it but it was superb, per usual. As was the strawberry cheesecake. This is... my favorite restaurant. I never even liked blue cheese before my first time at The Cheesecake Factory when they accidentallygave me that with a to-go order (not at this location) but now I ask for extra every time. The bread is excellent. The bistro shrimp pasta is excellent as well. My wife says it has a little kick. I really enjoyed the... shepherd's pie, I have this is the first time I've ever had shepherd's pie and it was very very delicious. Anna is anabsolutely great waitress, has come by plenty times, kept our drinks full ask, if we need anything and brought it right away.She puts forth 110%. The cheesecakes are delicious if you eat here be sure to get yourself a cheesecake. This just happens to bethe first time here, being our anniversary,. Be sure to get the cheesecake and it is worth every penny. We had a terrificanniversary coming here. Online reservations via Yelp only and during peek hours are very difficult to change reservations which is understandable. For... tonight?s reservation we were fortunate enough to change via telephone call and spoke with manager and only option was to changeto a very late dinner which we were ok with. Hostess sat us down at our reservation time and Rachel our server greeted us with asmile and professional. Our overall service was excellent and our plates were delicious. Can I give 20 stars? Definitely our new favorite place to eat! The pasta is just the best. We had the farfalle chicken and honey... truffle chicken with red velvet cheesecake for dessert. Great service, didn?t have to wait long. Needed more staff, our waitresshad her hands full but she still knocked it out of the park. They have outdoor heaters on the patio, which is just anotherbonus. Everything exceeded all expectations. Read more
The Greed Factory After submitting a takeout order online, we received a call from the manager telling us that if we wanted... extra butter, it would be an extra $10 and for an extra slice of cheese it would be an extra $3. We eat at various CheesecakeFactory locations all over the country and have never been nickel and dimed like this. I am shocked that this manager hasnothing better to do with his time than call customers and inform them that will need to pay more for the order they submitted.I think he needs some training on how to effectively use company time. The fun didn't end there, though. Upon arrival to pick upthe food, we were charged another $3 for an extra cup of marinara sauce. After all these upcharges, we expected our food to beamazing. We opened the bag to see a meager amount of butter considering what we paid(see photos), bread was hard, dry, and hadblack stuff on it that I can only hope was char. Fried Mozzarella was soggy(disappointing, because that's my favorite). Myburger appeared to be carelessly tossed into a takeout container, but both burgers tasted good and the fries were actually hotand crispy which is rare for Cheesecake Factory takeout. TL;DR: Bypass this location and get your food elsewhere. Read more
