Wow this was easily the best meal I?ve had in chattanooga so far. The shrimp tacos were so generous and well topped with onion,... cilantro, and tomato and four full big shrimp. This is my new favorite taco shop in Chattanooga, TN, right here. Why ? The corn tortilla that are doubled up have butter on... them. They are big fluffy buttery tacos right here. Yummy! This is a mom-and-pop restaurant with a limited eating area but is soworth the time. I spoke with my server that was from Guatemala, and she was very helpful with my gluten allergy. She made surethey had no cross-contamination for me. I tried three tacos, which I was so stuffed after. 1. Beans and cheese 2. Beans, friedeggs, and sauce 3. Avocado taco They were all super yummy and loved every bite. I have done reviews for a living the last 3years, with over 78 million hits while traveling our wonderful nation to find this gem right in my hometown. I am going toaddress some of the negative reviews right now. The cost of this meal was very reasonable and cheap too me for the quality /quantity given. How someone can complain about small portions here is beyond me. No, this is not an open buffet type of place,but I was stuffed with 3 tacos with beans / rice. I wanted dessert but wouldn't make it out the door. I will have to come backto try the desserts. This is a great meal and place to visit right on the main street in North Shore. I love seeing businessesthriving in this day and age because I have seen a lot of great business close the last 3 years across this country because ofcovid. So go out and support business like this one and stop complaining when you're comparing buffet servings to good qualityhealthy foods for a McDonald's price. You pay for what you get here. Overpriced & Just Okay. My husband and I had high hopes for this place after a friend highly recommended us to try it. We... ordered the guaca-mago with chips and we both ordered the 3 taco combo. The appetizer came out with our food. The guaca-mangowas tasty but not worth the over $10 price. My tacos didn?t look nearly as full as the some of the other tacos in the googlereviews. Maybe we came on an off-night. My chicken taco was dry and I had to drench it sauce to eat it. The pork-shoulder tacowas very tasty and well made. And the beef tongue taco didn?t have much flavor at all. The rice & beans side plate wasn?tanything special either. The rice had a decent flavor, but the refried beans seemed old. Our grand total came to over $43 forjust the two of us. Again we only ordered the guaca-mango, 2 taco combos, a sweet tea & a water. Came in with 15 people at 3pm. Took up 4 booths. They had us seated, got us drinks, and orders taken. Everyone had food in 15... minutes. Very impressive. Prices were a little high compared to portion sizes but very tasty. Read more
