Just wanted to take the moment and acknowledge the young lady that you have on drive thru late nights. I?m always stopping in... after I get off of work (usually around midnight) a couple of days a week? the girl who takes the orders and does the registeris just so very kind and respectful l. Only giving it a two star bc food quality is decent. This particular location is always slow around night hours. You can legit... be waiting 30-45 mins if not longer for your food. I visited two nights in a row and same experience as far as waiting goes.This isn?t fast food at all. Cashier could be chipping in especially if the line is backed up and if he has no customer toattend to. I spotted him sipping on a beverage and just standing by the drive thru window while the line was backed up. This isridiculous Fr. I like Taco Bell, I want to love it but it?s hard too. DoorDashed Taco Bell to our office for my coworkers. We were missing 2 tacos and 2 cinnamon twists. Decided to drive to Taco... Bell hoping that I could get my items replaced so that someone wasn?t left out for food. Upon arriving and explaining thesituation, the guy that was cashiering up front was extremely rude about it. He told us to take it up with DoorDash and thatthere?s no way for him to know if we?re lying or not. I explained we just want the food since it was missing and was told no. Rainy day and went through the drive through. Ordered 3 crunchy taco supremes. Got home - they were crushed, soggy and cold. ... Called about getting a refund - was told drive back out and return the tacos for a refund. They must be provided the bad tacosto issue a refund. Like I?m really going to head back out in the rain right now or store old tacos until I do go out again. Poor customer service for sure. Read more
