Absolutely adorable breakfast spot! With their tasty vegan options, I was able to eat here with my dairy allergy no problem. My... server was very attentive to my food allergy needs, which is always a plus. I enjoyed an outline latte and a passion fruitMimosa. For food, I had their Vegan Oatmilk Pancakes that were fluffy and delicious! My husband had their biscuits (NOT vegan ordairy free) and Vegan Mushroom gravy. Definitely recommend both of our meals! I was surprised when we walked in and we were seated by the owner who gave a great welcome......to then sit 10 mins before... getting the coffee we ordered and then waited again for our waitress to return and take our order. We were told more times thenshould have that they just got a large table. I understand busy! What I don't get is leaving us sit there almost 40 minutes withempty coffee mugs and no communication; Customer Service was seriously lacking! Now....with that being said, once food arrivedit was yummy. But it wasn't so good that I'd return for that level of customer service!???? Read more

Chips etc. Tell them you want the vegan stack with vegan butter and then have fun with the vegan toppings. They have an amazingAvocado Toast, Vegan Cream Cheese and Pepper Jelly, and Home Fried Potatoes with Mushroom Gravy or Pesto (we get both andshare!) Enjoy a delicious mug of artisanal oat milk hot chocolate, gourmet tea or hand crafted coffee with vegan creamer! Read more

I like Syrup & Eggs! The spin on their pancakes is great, such a Big City food experience for our Medium city of... Chattanooga. When I went, I planned ahead as I had read reviews & knew the waiting situation could be quite the experience. Mycousins and I were coming to celebrate my birthday on a Saturday and out of an abundance of caution I arrived at Syrup & Eggs at9:30 (although we weren't scheduled to meet until 10:30). At the time of arrival, I was told that it would be about a 45 minuteto an hour wait. I was able to leave my cellphone number with staff to be called when a table was ready for my party. (At thetime I came, I thought it would just be a table for 2, but later I had to adjust for a table of 3). I was invited to sit intheir waiting area, which was pretty full, though nicely decorated. I liked that they had free coffee and water. I also likethat the waiting area was near the bar, so you could get a drink if you'd like. Overall the wait area was a medium noise leveldespite being quite crowded. My cousins arrived around 10:15 and we waited about another 45 minutes. So that wasn't thegreatest ???? However around 11:15 we got a table! I ordered the Korean Fried Chicken Pancakes with a a side of scrambled eggs& biscut, while my cousin order the Just BS (I think) and my other cousin ordered one of the Grits plates. The food wasphenomenal! I loved the sesame pancake and it paired great with the chicken. (maybe in the future you can give a small servingof kimchi or pickled veggies with this dish) The biscuit is a bit too crunchy for me, but I know some folks like that. Mycousins also had nothing but praise for the food. We also tried the coffee cake, though that wasn't our favorite. I enjoyedmyself so much that I risked the wait time to bring my dad that next week. Going on a Tuesday was great because there was nowait time! Just walked up to the building & was sat at the table ????! My dad really enjoyed his pancakes, in fact he wasn'table Read more

Lovely sitting area in the back while waiting for a table deconstructed Nova lox is a bit of a hassle putting together with such... a small surface area of plate to work with. My partner did not enjoy the brie pancake. Great service and drinks. Will definitelybe a back for the aesthetics and to try something different on the menu. Read more
