If I could give zero stars I would! My Mom has been in the hospital for the past 3 weeks. I?ve been here 4 times and ALL of the... employees I?ve encountered have been rude. You don?t even get acknowledged when you walk in and the vegetables are old andmushy. The employees act like you are bothering them when they are doing their job. Would give no stars if I could. All the employees are horrible and rude!!!! My mom was in the hospital and this is the only... choice if you want something to eat in the evening. I ate here 3 nights in a row. Every night my subs were horribly throwntogether and tasted even worse. The last night I ate a steak sub and 2 hours later I was throwing up and had diarrhea for 2days!! If you will notice the 5 star reviews are buzz words from advertisements and from fake accounts. Updated their hours of... operation a week ago and lied about it. Leaving me able to order online but not able to get my food. Their phone number goesstraight to voicemail literally no matter what time of day or how many times you call. Someone needs to get ahold of this messof a restaurant! I managed restaurants for 26yrs and we were NEVER allowed to be unreachable or be closed during posted openhours. Your store phone should not be a cell phone, but a landline... and if the phone breaks someone needs to go buy a new one.I am quite sure Subway can afford it. Read more

Standing here, waiting for my mobile order. Employee working hasn't acknowledged me and I've been here for 10 minutes. Order... isn't ready. Was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago. He keeps helping other customers in line. I'm working here today, don'thave time to wait. I've ordered here before, and they've mess up my order two times in a row. This place needs some help. If you can eat anywhere else, do. The service at this Subway is below subpar. The employees act like they are being bothered... to do the job. The young man working tonight could not have possibly moved any slower. Here The lettuce is always just turningbrown, the tomatoes mushy, if they have any. I would give zero stars. On 11/17/22 around 4:25pm I visited this location because my husband had been in the hospital there for... 3 days now. The female employee was working alone and it wasnt busy at all. I placed my order and as she started to put myvegetables on the sandwich she got to the tomatoes and before I could say anything she interrupted me stating I am not doingthat, I said excuse me, I never had anyone ever say what they were NOT going to do to fix a sandwich. She go on to say you dnthave to take the sandwich and she preceded to place the sandwich to the side. Everyone in the store besides me was appalled byher actions. I just left the store without my sandwich. This was very disappointing when she didnt even give me a chance to sayanything about the tomatoes. I was only going to ask for two tomatoes but instead got horrible service and totally embarrassedfor no reason. I am a diabetic and had not eaten the whole time I was there at the hospital. I will contact her manager and thesubway corporation. I eat at different subway locations in my city at least 3 times a week. Came back today 11/18/22 to getmanagers name and store number and low and behold the manager is the person who treated me with disrespect. I asked her for thestore number and she called the hospital security on me because she didnt want to face me again. She still refused to give methe store number but gave the hospital security a bogus number for the district store manager. Wooow Read more
