The employees were wonderful. I get there an 1 1/2 after opening on a Sunday morning. The seating area floor was clearly not... swept or mopped the night before. The restroom was worse. The toilet was stopped up the floor was nasty and the sink clearlyhadn?t been used because there was a dry piece of a paper towel in it. But like I said the employees were very nice andprofessional. Definitely the worse subway I've been too I been eating subway for a while and ate many different subway places this is the only... subway ever that I told them what I wanted and they argued with me over how I wanted my sandwich told them I wanted the chickenbacon ranch one and they put rotisserie chicken on it and I told them every other Subway puts the chunks of chicken and I ratherhave that and still they argued with me and didn't fix it definitely won't be back there every again Read more
Zero stars if it were possible. We tried to order food for our company from this place and the lady was disrespectful to us the... whole time from the moment she answered the phone: impatient, cutting us off, making fun of us, and ended up screaming at usthrough the phone. We wanted to see if it was possible to make a 24/hr in advance order for 50 people (100% percentunderstandable if they couldn?t, we knew we were asking a lot for some businesses to be able to produce). The lady who answeredlaughs out loud quite rudely into the phone, kind of like taunting, and yells to the manager next to her ?they want an order forlunch tomorrow and for 50 people!? as if we were crazy for asking. Based on that off-putting interaction I was expecting her tosay they couldn?t accommodate and that would have been totally fine. However she then asks me ?Ok lady what you want?? To whichI replied: ?Oh, you can accommodate? That?s great! So, we aren?t picky, we need to keep it at $7 a person so whatever sandwichesthat would-? and was cut off by her screaming ?OK BUT TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT!!!!!? What was astounding is she was talking to thefemale manager right next to her who saw no problem with it. I was in total shock, honestly the conversation felt like a verbalassault, and stunned I quietly began to say, ?Actually, thank you but I don?t think we will be ordering-? and was then cut offagain by her cussing and screaming through the phone. I hung up immediately. My coworkers around me could hear it through thephone and looked over at my desk shocked as well. Wow. It was an unbelievable experience I would never have someone withcustomer service skills so poor and an attitude that appalling working at my business. Sadly, we will not be using this storeany longer and warning against fellow businesses from using them so no one else is forced to go through that. Once again ordered from this location and they didn't read the order. Went through Grubhub and my sub was not toasted as I... stated I wanted. I also wanted Sweet onion and Chipotle sauce in which they did not put it on. I was left with a dry sub that Icouldn't eat because I was at work and didn't have anything to put on it. One day I'll learn to stop going with this location.Smh Read more
So I usually wouldn?t write reviews on fast food because it?s usually just teens who mess up sometimes but this place was awful,... first off the ladies working there should not be working at a restaurant where hearing what people are asking them to put on istheir job, they got my order so wrong because the lady was like half deaf, and they counted EVERYTHING they put on, they chargedus for getting a full scoop of meat as they would usually only put half a scoop which didn?t even fill the whole sandwich, andthen they only gave my dad three pieces of spinach? ONLY THREE, and charged him for any extra, they gave us like three pieces ofpickle and charged us for any extra, and the ladies were so awkward and weird it made us so uncomfortable.
