The food was ok but the service was not i work down the road and would visit often and i always used a coupon and there was a... girl in there working who is rude and told me they couldnt take the coupon unless it had a q code to scan so i bring one up withthe code it scans but wont work so she wouldnt honor it keep in mind she argue wth me i just let it go but poor customer serviceand prices without coupons are ridiculously expensive food not worth the price Read more

So I ordered the new Baja chicken bacon sandwich and the girl gives me the pressed chicken instead of the rotisserie chicken.... When I pointed this out to her she told me it was ?basically the same?. I told her I had the sandwich before and the rotisseriestyle chicken was used. She again told me they were the same and didn?t even try to fix her mistake. I should?ve gone somewhereelse but I?m starving so I ended up paying $12 for a sandwich I didn?t want. Friendly service, just wish a bit more time was spent preparing my salad. I have spoken with several subway artist and the theme... is common. We hate making salads. Maybe it's time to fix that though process and make salads an enjoyable experience for staffand customers alike. Read more
