I just had 2 of the worst made sandwiches ever in the history of going to any sandwich shop in my life! First I ordered them... toasted but the sandwich was made so sloppy the bread was soaked in condiments! I asked for light condiments but I guess forthis sandwich maker that meant EXTRA! Today's experience is more about Carolyn than Subway in general. This Subway location looks great, new, clean and is good... order. I arrived late in the lunch hour to a busy house. A single lady Carolyn was expertly handling a long line of customersby herself. She apologized but took care of my order quickly and professionally. 5 stars for her. Convenient drive thru window but The posted closing time was 10pm. I got there the other night at 9:34pm and drive thru open... sign was lit and a customer was eating inside. No one would come to window. I blew horn and no one came. I drove around and cameback and no one came. I finally called twice before they picked up. It was still not 9:45pm yet. The girl told me they close at10pm but they had already put the food up at 9:30pm. So, they're open with all their signs on till 10pm but they start ignoringcustomers at 9:30! I just went there today and had to sit waiting at sign. After several minutes of silence, I had to hollerinto sign to get the guy to acknowledge I was there only to tell me to wait 5 minutes. I'm a regular. There has been someemployee turnover and the new folks are not delivering good customer service. Read more
