This is a very dangerous place. Fights broke out while I was ordering. This place is really getting too rough to go inside. ... Just be aware of your surroundings, especially after Food City moved out of the complex. Read more
Ordered online, they have said the sandwiches would be ready in 20 minutes, waited 20 minutes went to the store waited another... 10. One of the three sandwiches in the order was missing five of its ingredients. The sandwich was a Baja turkey avocadofootlong, guess what one of the ingredients that was missing was? Avocado! Called the store to tell them I was displeased, allthey said is I'll get it right the next time, that kind of attitude I highly doubt it. Will not be eating Subway any longer. Read more
Got charged 6 times for one sub been to store twice, no manager ever working apparently, took my name and number never to call... me back and everytime I call the store they?re ?texting the manager about it? and they?ll get back to me. I provided screenshotsand proof and a simple refund or gift card would have been an easy fix but instead I paid 25 dollars for a 6? sub and no correctcustomer service. Never open during their scheduled hours. Google says they?re open until 10pm. The sticker on the door says they?re open until... 10pm. I have gone multiple times around 6-7pm and they?re never open. The big Neon ?open? sign is always on as well. If you wantgood reviews, run your store right. Read more
A 5 star subway all the way around! It was clean, super clean! Smelled fresh and inviting! I was warmly greeted by a... professional, clean groomed attractive young lady and service was top notch, EVEN WITH a SMILE ????. This Subway was very nice and clean. Cleanliness of the ingredients tables at a Subway is a big pet peeve of mine and this store... was very good in this way. The sandwich artist Christina put focus into her work and made a good meal. This is probably the bestSubway franchise in East Ridge. Read more
