The bread didn't seem to be finished baked also reusing the same knife from sandwiches before my sandwich is disgusting never... have I seen an employee at subway use 1 knife for bread 1 for setting and cutting the sub no it's always been a handful and usea new knife every sub never reuse the same knife. And the best part I told the girl turkey and ham even repeated it back as afootlong still cut down to a 6in and asked me if I wanted a footlong when I had already said it and forgets to add the ham aftertoasting it and I had to say something but didn't have the time for her to remake yet another sub. This is ridiculous whathappened to people actually working and caring about giving people good food can this just not happen anymore? Read more

When we got there the lady behind the counter was working on sandwiches by herself and she told us to write down what we want so... we did. She still messed up. She cut the sandwich in half which I did not request, it was dry and burnt after she over toastedit, the paper that I wrote the order on was in top of 2 vegetables container after it failed on the floor and there were flies.I understand you cant control them, but there were in the cookies and flies kept going on the food, but she acted like it wasnormal!! I still dont understand why we had to write it down on a paper....o wait she had her head phone in her ear and one ofthem failed out she didnt even change her dame gloves! I paid for it already and got a refund which I'm still waiting for it tobe processed. I refuse to deal will nasty attitude, when I asked for the owners info so I can report this the store managerrefused amd laughed about it. O well. Horrible customer Experience, and the same way they treated me they will get that back infull. Then who'll be laughing. Read more

Worst experience ever. I asked if they sold ice cups she said no we dont very rudely. So I asked again ( you dont sale cups i... cant buy and put ice in it ?) No we dont. I said well i would have paid for it. So apparently you cant buy cups here So stupid!! Read more

There was a lady in front of me who asked for olives. The employee said she didn?t have any. Which is understandable, but she... was rude about it. Later when it was my turn I asked for a veggie patty, she responded I don?t have any. I didn?t say anything.As my sub was being ?toasted? she went to the black for some olives. Really? She just didn?t want to go back to get them.Overall not a pleasant experience sub turn out soggy. Not going there again. Read more

This subway was HORRIBLE! I chose to go to this location because its closest to my work. After waiting almost 5 minutes for an... employee to come out of the back, I was greeted with an attitude. The employee was complaining about how her co-worker wasn'tthere, and wasn't calling her back. She kept ranting. Multiple times, I heard "I hate this f****** place." "I'm about to walkout, and quit." She continued to rant, and tell me that she didn't get paid overtime, and that her pay was too low to supporther three kids. I continued to order my sub, which was a footlong on white flatbread. She then argued with me because I didn'twant it heated. I told her I wanted it cold, and she rolled her eyes, and threw the sub back down. She sloppily covered the subin what I asked, and threw it in the bag. I was not asked if I wanted a drink, cookie, chips, or if that was all for today. Shegave me the total, I paid, and left. When I went to eat the sub, it was everywhere. It wasn't wrapped properly, and was fallingout into the bag. I will NEVER go back to this location. She also mentioned that she had quit previously, and was rehired.Here's my question.... WHY?!?! Read more
