Just left and will never be back to this location. Had zero food items in the case. Was told I could purchase a cake pop and... then wait TWO HOURS for it to finish thawing. Ordered my drink with no whip, it?s clearly on the sticker order, dude makes itwith whip. No real problem just ask him to knock it off with I thought he would do with a knife but no he proceeded to dumpedhalf my drink down the sink AND THEN TRIED TO HAND IT BACK like that was ok. I told him he dumped half of it out and luckily thepitcher had some left in it to fill it somewhat back up. No apologies nothing so rude they were NOT busy in the least bit andyeah will never be back not that this location would care. Pretty sure this is why there were more patrons at the Be Caffeinatedacross the street. Read more
My niece and I went to the Starbucks on Cherokee Boulevard and we're treated horribly once I told them my drink spilled because... the lid was not on tight enough no one was concerned if I had gotten burned or came to clean up the spillage they looked at usas if we were trying to get something for free. There attitude was horrible and you hate that about Starbucks knowing I'vegenerally had great experience, this was very uncomfortable were we were made to feel as if we came to cause problems when allwe wanted was a nice beverage after a long beautiful walk but we got was bad attitude from two out of the 3 workers it washorrible and non concerning. Came here to give 4 stars (vs 5) only because this store/franchise does NOT take AMEX. This is inconvenient for us AMEX... business users. Other than this, nice staff and cool spot. Read more
This Starbucks is a franchise and DOES NOT accept stars for purchases although you can still earn them. Bathrooms are for... customers only and require a key that you can request at the counter. Besides that, it is in a wonderful location next toRenaissance Park. Grab your favorite cup and take a stroll through the park and along the Tennessee River for a great night out. Read more
Starbucks coffee is consistantly very good but it's excellent when my specific condiments are added. This Starbucks has... excellent staff! Five stars for the staff !! Read more
Very nice modern Starbucks, located on the ground floor of a residential building. (There's also a Chipotle a few doors down in... the same building). There is a paid parking lot beside the building since it connects to parks and walking paths, but there arefree spots for customers of any of the building's retail businesses. Read more
So I think this is my favorite Starbucks in Chattanooga. The staff struggled a little when they first opened but everybody is... really friendly and they've got it figured out now. The seating outside pretty and they are super dog friendly! They keep treatsand a water bowl out for your furry friends ???????? Read more
Nice location for the people who live in the flats nearby. The baristas are usually very nice and attentive and my drinks are... always consistent. Read more
