I love this coffeehouse when I was growing up since the 2000?s, and now it came back two years ago first time since it closed... near me in 2008. I was here for this local Starbucks return in 2020 here at highway 58! It was during the pandemic. This serviceis incredible and convenient to be here. It was always a good visit! This peppermint mocha Frappuccino I was there for a coupleof years ago was very good and very Christmas-ey to taste it. No cap. And I still love this area to this very day today! Thisplace is my childhood here in Chattanooga since I was growing up like I mentioned this earlier in my review, as a generation zkid myself when I was younger and an adult remembering this now, I would still love this place as an adult now! It takes meback! Then, what?s crazy about Starbucks is that my family is now living close to my mothers home, it?s right here. I?m a mileaway from where it is now for twenty years since I was a kid, and it?s right here! It?s where my favorites came from herealways. Thank you! UPDATE: Still going to this location. They seem to have gotten it together, I'm happy to say. At least for my orders. This... is the closest Starbucks to my home so, naturally, this is the location I would go to. Unfortunately, I've been going to thislocation since February and 8x out of 10 my drink is wrong. Not at all a difficult drink. Seriously. I've given them severalopportunities to get it right. Nice people but I'll be making the drive to Hixson to see if they can make my drink correct atthat location. Nice and clean location otherwise. Read more
Don't be in a hurry at this location It took about 17 minutes to get a frappuccino and Danish. Terrible drive thru design. The... cashier was super slow around 2pm. I saw 4 different orders ready when I pulled up. Read more
Really good Starbucks with great staff, good drinks & an easy in & out since there is a traffic light right there. Doesn't have... as much of a line around the clock, so it's a good Starbucks to visit in the afternoons with minimal wait times pretty often. Read more

Not a good barista day today. Five minutes at the window for a tall Americano with heavy cream. When it finally comes, it?s... overly full, not because of the cream because there isn?t any. It?s watery. When I do get a spot-on drink at this store, maybeone in five visits, I?m so thrilled that I want to thank the barista personally. Today was not that day. Read more
This is my preferred Starbucks (as there are quite a few to choose from, nearby) mostly because they're always quick, very... friendly, and they've definitely got the most efficient drive thru, which is usually the method I use for my purchases. It'susually pretty busy inside, but the place is huge and there's always a few open tables to pick from. The few times that I'veactually dined inside, they've always been good about maintaining cleanliness and organization standards, which is nice.Definitely recommend the drive thru here though, especially if you're in a hurry.
