So frustrating they are randomly closed all the time you never know if they?re actually open during posted business... hours. Consistent issues with this location. Espresso machines broken, ovens broken, closing early, amateur staff, sold out ofevery food item. Sometimes the espresso machines and ovens are down for weeks. Recently they have been sold out of every singlehot food item, yet even with only half the menu available there?s still a long wait for drinks. Read more

I went here a couple times while I stayed in the Read House. The drinks were amazing but I can't say too much about the service... since they don't really stop talking or pay attention to you when you walk up to make your order. But anyway they were friendlyto me, and my drinks were amazing! The sit down area too is large and nice. I?ve been here at least a dozen times and each time is the same - employees complaining and moaning and groaning about their... jobs/pay. They don?t even care about their customers enough to stop talking while taking their orders. Every time. And today anemployee was just casually wearing a bralette as a top which normally doesn?t bother me but her bad attitude made theinappropriate attire less bearable. Read more
