This is my all-time favorite Starbucks. The large outside covered patio is perfect for hanging out in most any weather. It's... nice and shady during the hot weather and there are nooks and crannies to hide from a cold breeze in the winter while you aresnuggled in a sofa or cushioned chair. The traffic is fairly close, but the noise isn't too bad for carrying on a conversationor listening to a podcast ????. I spend a Fortune on daily latte's & coffee! And I don't mind if it's actually a Great cup of Coffee or Latte! But I have a... Love/ Hate relationship w/All Starbucks! I only drink "Good" coffee while I'm @Home & Work, which counts out everything whileI'm working (Driver) but Places like *Mayfly's (OMG ???? The King ????) *Peet's (??????????????) *Be Caffeinated (Most AwesomeWake me up)) *Dunkin (Awesome wake me up) *Panera (Awesome wake me up) *Even McDonald's has Great coffee beans and it's not"MILKED DOWN"(Yummm and yes wake's ya up!) And then there's Starbucks! The last 2 yrs Starbucks has cheated the Customer! YesCHEATED! The Venti size Latte only comes with 2 Shot's of coffee and what looks like 1 1/4 CUP OF MILK!?????????????????? Andtaste like it too! They make us pay for Xtra shots (2 Xtra so it has coffee in it) Seriously,, I've been watching this over thelast couple yrs at different Starbucks! *Be Caffeinated & Mayfly's comes w/ 3 or 4 shots for a Large Latte *Peet's the same or 3or 4 for large And Dunkin 2 BIG shots because I watch them! And it tastes like Good Strong Expresso/Coffee , NOT like "WarmMilk" that I get from Starbucks! I actually caught Starbucks in Chattanooga 2x (I won't call out which one) only putting ONE 1Shot in my Venti Caramel Latte!! Tons of seating, nice staff, tables are clean. What more could you ask for. I was a little confused when I drove up thinking... they only had seating on their patio but walked inside to order and they have a ton of seating both inside and outside. Read more
They make an amazing vegan oat milk hot chocolate with no whip! It?s slightly dark so if you like it a bit sweeter just add some... sugar free vanilla pumps! Read more
Stopped by on my way north on I-75, really appreciated the late hours and the store not closing at 8. Service was decent and... drinks were good. Definitely the biggest Starbucks I?ve been to, there was also plenty of parking. Read more
This was legitimately the WORST Starbucks experience I've had in my life. All of the other locations in Chattanooga & other... cities I have been to from Clarksville, Nashville, Atlanta, even Las Vegas have all been wonderful. Customer service at thislocation was horrible. I ordered ahead on the app as that means of saving time for myself and to allow the workers to not feelrushed with any type of drink preparation. I ordered one drink and one cake pop today on the app 10 minutes prior to my arrivalto the store. There was nothing wrong with my drink but I had to stand by the pickup station for 15 minutes waiting for one cakepop. Multiple people who ordered after me had their orders before I received mine, and at no point did any of the employees evenattempt to assist me I had to speak up for myself. I asked for help from the girl behind the counter twice over the span of said15 minutes, and I did so as respectfully as possible. I apologized for bothering her since I knew they had a high order volume &speaking from 6+ years of food service work experience, I know that is not easy to handle. However, she gave me an attitude &was snarky after I asked both times, again RESPECTFULLY, and when I received my cake pop after standing waiting for 15 minutes,nearly all of the sprinkles were gone. There are indentations of where they should be but I know that they didn't even fall offbecause there weren't any sprinkles in the bag, which makes me wonder if this cake pop was dropped on the floor or something, soI haven't even eaten it. I know this seems ridiculous and petty and like a first world problem. I won't argue that it's not butit is a waste of time that I will never get back and it caused me to have unnecessary anxiety because I felt like I was a burdento the employees working on this shift. AVOID THIS LOCATION! Always the worst service of any Starbucks I've ever been to. I gave a mobile order. arrived 10 minutes... later. One person in line before me and still had to wait 5 MORE minutes. 15 minutes total for one frappuccino to be made. Andit was halfway melted when she gave it to me. Read more
Great Starbucks with big restrooms and were clean, late hours help the drivers on long drive a lot. ??
