First time dining for our 25th wedding anniversary. Make reservations!!! Best restaurant I've ever been to hands down and I've... been to plenty all over the country. Atmosphere could use a little upgrading, tables are too close together. We could hear thetable's next to us entire conversation but they were loud. We ran out of water once but I didn't deduct a star for service forthat, they had gotten very busy. We went on Tuesday, Nov. 22. 6:30PM. The meal and our server were excellent. I'm ready to goback for any occasion!!! Best meal I've ever had!!!! Read more

Fantastic experience, great location, great service, great food. Love the beef tartare but the scallop we?ve tried had too much... salt sprinkled on top, we?d ask chef to be careful not to over season. The Wangyu beef steak and the duck breast and confit isfantastic. Read more

Had not eaten at St. John's for some time until we visited last evening. We had a really enjoyable experience both from a... service standpoint and the taste and quality of the foods. I had the autumn salad which was delicious (even the fried pig'sear). My wife had the filet which was cooked to a perfect medium rare, and I had the Wagyu flat iron which was perfection. Ourserver, Tommy, was very professional and personable. Not sure if we were supposed to get some bread items, but they did appearon other diner's tables. We didn't ask however, as we decided we really didn't need any. All in all it was a really greatexperience. Read more

My first time experience here was fabulous. St. John"s is definitely a step above others in terms of quality, atmosphere and... most importantly, flavor. The staff here is very friendly and they are knowledgeable on the best wine pairings for their foods. Read more

A restaurant experience. The meal was expensive but decadent. For the starter we had the pork belly biscuit and seared... scallops. For the entree we had the seasonal truffle dish with the filet. Wow it was good. She had the carrot cake and saidit was most unusual and fantastic. I had the assorted sorbets. The raspberry was great. The coconut was also very good butthe Mexican chocolate sorbet stole the show. I?m sure all the servers are very attentive but ask for Sean and you won?t bedisappointed. Tell him Karl sent ya. We stopped at St. John's while in town for a race, and it was well worth the visit. This is without a doubt the best food I've... had in the area. The restaurant itself has a beautifully classy atmosphere, and the staff we interacted with blew us away. Theincluded photos are just a small selection of what we ordered: wagyu steak, sea scallops and curried butternut squash soup (withlobster), and passionfruit creme brûlée. Read more

Truly the best fine dining experience in Chattanooga. The food was exceptional ????and the service was too. Our server Bryan was... very attentive, and did a phenomenal job! We went here for my wife's birthday and it was a nice touch that they printed "happybirthday" on our menu. That made me think this was going to be one of the best dinners we ever had, and it was! I highlyrecommend this place to celebrate a special occasion. You will not be disappointed. Keep up the great work St. John's! Read more
