Food wasn't good but other than that it was an ok experience. Mainly because I had fast friendly service
I just ordered a #1 cheeseburger meal with no ketchup and when I got home there was so much mayonnaise on the burger that it was... coming out the sides and it was even on top of the bun! The tots were so old they were dried out and cold. Needless to say, Ihad to throw the whole thing in the garbage. I took pictures and plan to go back up there tomorrow and show the manager and geta refund. By the way, they were literally out of lettuce and onion rings! Blast was runny sorry i had to write a bad review .but it was not great service never been to this one only in alabama , not... many customers at yours but the blast was liked melted and running down cup .felt very nasty looking here .needs improvementmaybe cleaned inside and out really looked abandoned maybe timr of day dinnertime ..i love blast eat about everyother day inalsbama ..never here in y This area .. August 5th only two wools inside and they claimed the power went out! I?m still here over a hour and placing a on line order.... The two people inside one trans & the other with a long pony tail couldn?t even let anyone know their power went out! I had beento the door twice and the side window ! The kid seen me looking at him once i turned around she grabbed her drink and went tothe back! I called the police incase Amy one was in danger but then called them once they finally responded to other customersti let them know everyone was ok! I have to start by saying that I have not had the best experiences at the Hixson Pike location, lots of wrong orders or not... having things on the menu available, especially the ice cream products, I eventually decided to not go here anymore but I wantedto give them another chance so I ordered and let me say I was wonderfully surprised, excellent customer service and the orderwas correct and delicious, the food was also beautifully put together, excellent job by the kitchen ! I hate a thrown togetherburger and this one was absolutely gorgeous:) Sonic, you have redeemed yourself, if you have changed management then it reallypaid off :) Read more

We got the breakfast burrito, chicken bites, and mozzarella sticks. The breakfast burrito was enough for two people to feel... satisfied. My kiddo loved the cheese sticks... But... The chicken bites were just breading with a tiny piece of chicken in themiddle. We made jokes about wanting some chicken with our breading, and even went so far as to share it with a fourth person tosee if we were just being picky. They asked us why there was no chicken in the chicken bites and we just laughed and told themwe had no clue. But we definitely will never buy them again. Of the three things we got, go for the breakfast burrito. It's aclassic and never disappoints. Read more
