The 2 times I've come here my order has been wrong. There's alot of kids working there so I get it. It's on management to teach... 3 way communication and order verification amongst the staff. Wrong order aside I tried to eat what I got and half of the foodwasn't even cooked all the way. This store is a total disaster the way I'm looking at it. I'm literally on the toilet writingthis because it got my insides all messed up already. Hope this can open the eyes of leadership and take action and elevate thisstore up a notch or 3. I love sonic food but maybe steer clear of this location for a while. Read more

If you feel like taking your sweetie to have a terrible time or just want to break up with them, then look no further! You've... just so happened to stumble across the best place to wait for twenty-plus minutes for your order, the best place to get ANYdrink that's basically carbonated water without flavoring, the best place to order chicken fingers and receive fried breadingwithout chicken, the best place to be talked down to in the drive-thru line, and most importantly, the best place to simplythrow your hard earned dollars in the garbage! For example, a couple of weeks ago, had to wait over thirty minutes in thedrive-thru line for 2 slushes. Addendum - Today, I ordered a route 44 sprite with powerade. I received my drink. Tasted like apowerade with club soda. These particular instances are not a 'one off' at this specific location. EVERY time i have been tothis location, it has not been enjoyable. Ever. Read more

Was on my motorcycle, pulled into the parking lot everything was roped off to where you could not park a car so I parked on the... side and walked up to the dine out table area which was not roped off and press the button to order. I sat there for 6 minutesand no one took my order while I watched three cars pull into the drive-thru and two of them drive off with their food. Theydidn't even have the decency to tell me through the box that they wouldn't even take my order. Read more

Google shows they close at 11. Drove all the way from Soddy (didn?t want to show up the the Soddy one 10 mins before closing... because we didn?t want to be rude) to show up at 10:00 and be told they were closed already even though Google says 11:00. Thatshould really be changed because a lot of time and gas was wasted tonight. Read more

Guess this will be the next restaurant on the chopping block! Havn't gotten service the last three times of going there! Tried... ordering milkshake to be told no ice cream...Pulled in to self order to be told only taking window orders cause no one there butone guy working. .and of course cars were all the way down the rd..line never moved so l left.Tried one last time to get shake nwas told can only sale drinks..no shakes or food!! Ordered 3 drinks on the online app and waited over 30 mins at one of the stall after checking in on the app, an employee came... out looking for a car that had given up and left and asked if we were said person and we told him no but we were had beenwaiting over 30 minutes for just 3 drinks and the employee just said oh, well we are really short staffed and walked off. Thewhole 30 minutes I watched over 20 cars go by in the drive thru. But we could not get just 3 drinks. This sonic is so poorlymanaged, and the employees are just as bad at customer service. This is probably one of the worst Sonic?s I?ve been to. We waited 20 minutes for some food that I know for a fact only takes... like less than 5 minutes to prepare and they had a cook and someone taking orders. I didn?t really see what the issue was?. Iused to work for sonic and only had two people one day and it went ten times faster than the service we got tonight. The guy atthe window also loaded up my cherry coke with ice and also used slush syrup instead of cherry syrup from the fountain so itdidn?t taste the same. Please just close this location down if you can?t keep enough employees. And might I add, this was myboyfriends food that took so long for these incompetent employees to make. Read more

This place needs a new manager, fast. For the past year, they've gone down the drain. Only serving drinks, no ice cream, no... food, drive-thru only, sometimes just can't take orders at all. To the franchise owner; either close it or sell the franchise tosomeone competent if you can't keep a kitchen with a parking lot working. Read more
