40 minutes after placing and paying for our order, we had to contact corporate to ask for a refund. Now we?re waiting another... 7-10 days for our money back. Waste of money... Order #5 plain and got order with everything.. Waited for a new sandwich and they made the second one wrong..... Also order the jumbo popcorn chicken meal and got crumbs and the fries and onion rings were not good. Only thing good were thedrinks.. Read more
Terrible experience. Went through the drive thru. Ordered a medium drink and a mini blast. No food or anything else. They... brought out several food orders for 4 cars behind us. Finally brought our drinks out and took our credit card in. Took 5 minutesto get our card back. Took a total of 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru only for two drinks while people behind us wereserved. Needs new management and better training for staff. Read more
This place was not the best Sonic that I've been to they didn't have any of their stalls open so we had to go through the... drive-thru and then we waited in the drive-thru very long time I would say at least 10 minutes we waited in the drive-throughand we ordered strawberry cream slushes.. in which they charged us $9 for both of those which I thought that they were only $3for the mediums but when we got around there they said it was $9 so that made him $4 and something a piece so overall it was abad experience. Chains up, bad first impression. No menu at the drive-thru. Red flag number 2. Can't hear through the speaker and the person on... the other end can't hear me.
