Ordered on APP and sat in stall 14 for 35 mins. The screen said Jen is on her way with your food. We sat for 20 more minutes... with nothing. So we pushed the red button. No answer. We called n she said oh it is drive through only. Seriously? So theycharged our card already. I have to go through the drive through now to pick up my order. Ugh. Terrible Read more

I ordered an All-American dog today with no mustard and I asked for two packages of mayonnaise. I got the hot dog with no... mustard and about 20 packages of mustard in the bag and no mayonnaise. I took one bite of the hot dog and I had to spit it outit was so disgusting and old. I ordered a large sweet tea I got a large unsweet tea. This was ordered through the app so thereshould have been no reason to mess it up. I don't understand the last few times I've come to this Sonic it has been this way. Ididn't even bother to get it corrected because it just doesn't matter. Read more

If I could give it no stars I would. What a joke of an establishment. I sat for 40 min on a two combo order. Then my food is old... and disgusting. My drinks are made incorrectly. No apologies just that she?s got staff but don?t know what they are doing. Shutthis joke of a joint down. Read more

My wife pulled into the drive thru at 9:03 to order, 22 min later she goes to place our order and they were out of pretty much... everything we attempted to order. After settling with what they did have available she has now waited 20 more min to get ourfood. She asks the lady what is taking so long and she says that the online/and stall order get priority over drive thru andthat they are just slammed. Mean while the manager is on the other side of the store on her phone. Multiple people left while inline waiting and I don?t blame them. I wished we had just done the same. If you are in a hurry then I would keep driving toanother location. Read more

Unbelievable!! I just left your restaurant with nothing after I ordered and paid on my Sonic app and wasted 30 minutes of my... time. The screen at the stall recognized my order and let me know my order was being prepared and would be out shortly. Aftersitting there for 10 or so minutes I pressed the call button, nothing. After I sat there for another 10 minutes watching twoemployees, I guess on their break, out front on their phones, I backed up and got in line at the drive thru window, which hadnow cleared. Finally someone comes to the window, after telling him my dilemma he proceeds to tell me that ?it should have letyou know that we are only running the drive thru? who was going to let me know that?? The app took my order and my money!!! Heasked what I ordered (why isn?t this showing up somewhere in their system??) when I show him my phone screen with my order andpayment he then tells me ?oh, we are out of mozzarella sticks?. I tell him I don?t want the order I just want my money back. Hesends me away with assurance that this will be refunded on my card within the hour. Remember he apparently had no record of myorder. I doubt I will get my money back and I will NEVER return. Pathetic! Read more

I have been sitting in the stall for 24 min now as well as many others around me. And have seen over 20 cars go through the... drive through. I ordered a chicken slider and a drink. No way should this take almost 30 min! Read more

I ordered from Door Dash. The only thing good was that the foot long hot dog was good. The tots was cold. It's not because the... dasher took too long. He got here within 10 minutes of picking up the order. He was amazing went above and beyond. I ordered agrape slush and got grape slime just syrup no ice. It was nasty. Never again. Read more

Unfortunately the sonic last night had no speaker box to order so we waited an hour in line for food. It was the only place... open. I was happy to wait and very kind to the lady at the window. She was very kind as well (: but I was extremely disappointedwhen I got to my friends house and took a bite out of my mozzarella stick and found no cheese. Not just in one?
