So far, since I have been going there. For over 8 months. They haven't been getting my order right. It's a simple order. Large... coffee with cream and sugar. Everytime they forget the cream. So now I say cream and sugar with lots of cream. It's not. Almostblack coffee with no sugar. Read more
Got a coupon for a free small drink or 1/2 off a medium or large. I figured I would try it based on one of the drinks I saw on... the flyer. I was going to order a medium or large so they would at least get something out of it. I went through the drivethrough and was told that the drink I wanted didn't come in standard sizes and that it was in a "grey area" regarding thecoupon. So I ended up with nothing. The drink was on the "drink menu" and it was also pictured on the flyer. A competent managerwould eat the difference and promote a sale. Read more
My experience at Scooter's is always great! The staff is always friendly. I usually order one of their teas or smoothies. My... favorite tea is the Macha. My favorite smoothie is the Peanut Butter power. If you love cinnamon rolls, their's is the best thecity has to offer! ???????? Read more
Great coffee and wonderful customer service! I have been coming to this location since it opened and 99.9% of the time is a... great experience! If you are looking for a good blended coffeedrink, get a small Carmelicious blender with only one shot of espresso, if you get a large do two shots of espresso. Read more
Excellent for a drive-thru service. Staff was very friendly, and the order was ready at window delivery. The only drawback... was minor,... the lids and stir-sticks fit so tightly that you're in danger of spills whilst manipulating them. Coffee drinkswere quite good, and prices competitive with Starbucks (which are way too high). Read more
