I have never been to this restaurant before. We have always talked about it . Well It's my Birthday so we decided to have dinner... at Ruth's Chris. We had the spicy shrimp to start, I had the petite fillet with sweet potato casserole and lobster bisque, myboyfriend had the fillet with broccoli and cesear salad. The food was absolutely delicious. The steaks were cooked perfectly.The server was absolutely great, she was very knowledgeable about the restaurant history and she had a good customer serviceattitude. The food was so delicious!! The staff is friendly, and you have to have a reservation our reservation was at 7:30 and we arrive... at 7:20 and they sat us right away. You have to dress formal. The steak is so delicious and the crab tail is delicious too. It'sso fancy and everything was done in perfection we did not wait long for our food. They can make the alcohol drinks vergin. Itried Ruth's French Quarter coffee without the alcohol and I love it. I definitely recommend this place. Read more

The food was excellent. Shrimp, Chicken, Steak, and appetizers for a family of 4. And I have to say that although a bit on the... expensive side it was completely worth it. The temperature felt nice and the whole restaurant and restroom was visuallyappealing. My only issue is the server wasn't friendly and when the appetizers arrived we were not given silverware. I had toget up out of my seat and hunt down silverware and grabbed 4 sets for my family and myself. My hips are bad and was disappointedI had to get my own silverware. When paying over $300 for a sitdown meal at a restaurant of this caliber I expect to have betterservice. Read more

Fantastic service from Alysea! This was our first time dining at this location and the experience was made extra special thanks... to her. She explained the menu nicely and made great suggestions for wine and dessert. Her area quickly filled up, but shemaintained the same superb level of service.
